Complete faf around, awaiting their email to send over to our finance company as they need settlement by finance company by 2pm yet they’re the ones faffing around not sending us the email to forward to finance team! Rather go elsewhere then these
Asked for a price, £1750.00 and then scheduled a virtual appointment, cancelled on me twice and then re-confirmed they could do the original time so I went with it, they then proceeded and knocked me down to £1000.00. As I want the car out the way I went with it and booked a collection for Monday 10th October - 8am - 1pm. On the day no sign of the driver at 11.30am, called to chase and was told they would be with us and I should hear soon. At 1.30pm I called again to be told they had experienced delays but the driver would be in touch soon. Eventually he called at 3.45pm to say he was hugely delayed but would be with us early evening. At 5.15pm had a call from Money4yourmotors saying the pick up would not be possible, can we re-schedule. We made provisions to be at home and wasted a whole day unnecessarily, I was so angry. Told them I was very unhappy and no I will not be selling the car to them or re-scheduling - SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!!!!
