M4YM won the bid on my car on the Thursday. I was contacted by the broker (CarWow) immediately afterwards and advised M4YM would be in touch which they duly did on the Monday to arrange a suitable time for inspection and payment. This happened the next day and the inspector man was very pleasant and explained everything. Test drive was fine and payment made there and then for the full reserve price. 5 stars.

A man called Clive came to look at my van. He slammed my boot shut which broke my tail light. Also pushed my mirror with his hands and broke that. He just shrugged his shoulders at me. The bit he broke off of my tail light he chucked in the back of my van. Left me to clear up the glass. Offered me hardly anything. Then left without even an apology. Won't be using this company again and certainly will be telling people to stay clear. Reference number: 7694340

After a good online evaluation, the inspector came to my house today to see my car. Stated there was nothing wrong with the car, and was exactly how described, yet knocked £800 off the valuation price. When questioned he simply said he could no longer offer the online valuation price despite it being in the guarantee period and stated it’s something they have to do. Be careful when using this company, don’t waste your time.

Really bad experience with Steve Knott , the sales buyer representative, he was extremely negative and personally rude to myself . He took over an hour to look over my Audi S Line convertible , he looked to find fault in anything , straight away he started criticising soft tops , before even looking at my car , my roof and car has been highly serviced in my care , my roof works perfectly I am completely genuine and would only ever think of mine and my child’s safety , when travelling as well as other road users . He really didn’t like women he thinks women are stupid and silly how could I possibly look after a car properly , told me my car hadn’t been serviced, when he had the paper work to say it had been serviced in January 23 then said it was a oversight on his part as people give him lots of paper work , he made out that I was a bad mother because I didn’t have my wheel locking nut in my car , started telling me off like he was my father spoke out of turn . Then he said I should leave it to my Mother , for her to take care of my car and documents , I am a 31 year old professional woman , I’ve had my own car since I was 17 years old ! So I asked him to leave , forget the sale , I wouldn’t want someone like him buying my lovely Audi, this company gives you a price , then on inspection , looks for fault and ways to reduce the price , to make as much money out of the person as possible, I had been completely truthful , my car is highly serviced, with a fully working roof . I was completely genuine ! I decided to take my lovely luxury Audi out with my roof down and enjoy a bit of sun .

I sent details of a rare citroen c6 petrol car. The valuation of just over £1000 is derisory. There are no diesels except for scrap at this price The ref.7769075 Unless you are desperate to sell a vehicle in my experience I will avoid this online valuation

Wasted my time! I have an electric car which I am looking to upgrade. I entered my registration on their website which gave me a price along with my vehicle’s description. I received a couple of emails and texts messages inviting me to book an appointment to complete the transaction. I called and spoke to a gentleman who talked me through the process. After about 5 minutes the gent asked if my car was electric, despite this being clearly on the description provided my Money4your motors. When I replied that it was, he said they’re not taking EV’s! This is despite their website allowing the car to be accepted! In short, if you have an electric vehicle, don’t bother calling this company - they’ll waste your time.

It was all arranged quickly and conveniently by Kathy . There was a slight hiccup.with the dealers being caught up in traffic enroute to me but Kathy was a real star in getting everything sorted out for me .
