Prompt in coming out with a quote and in paying. Easy process. Not good experience when collecting the vehicle. We were told to wait from 1pm to 5pm. We had to take A/L. The man checking the car came at 5:20. The man collecting the car came at 19:50. We were at home from 1pm....

Completely wasted time. I was quoted £8863 online for my BMW 435i and after the virtual inspection and final valuation they dropped the price and offered me £8200 and the reason given was because my service schedule was 2 years and it was serviced in 13 months! It was the most bizzare and weird reason for knocking the price down by £663! Bear in mind that this is a clean car with no damage and FULL BMW dealer history. I could only imagine what the offer would be if it was partial service history. I would avoid this organisation!

Quick and slick process, but be prepared for your end valuation to be around 80% (£1000 in my case) lower than their initial quote. If you need to sell a car quickly it works well, if you are looking for a half decent price I would look elsewhere.

Thanks to John for an easy and pleasant experience in talking me through the uploading of the photos and his patience when I was trying to open the bonnet ! Following an issue with a different vehicle ( not the one I was selling ) I called on the Saturday and spoke to Maria who resolved the issue seamlessly and professionally. got an offer from this company via CarWow - and the whole process was very good, with a better price than any other car buying site. The lad I dealt with on the video call was excellent (Shaun I think), very honest courteous and helpful in agreeing what may adjust the price. As I was honest with CarWow on slight damage as it turns out nothing adjusted the price. The lad who came to pick up the car Mark was excellent, explained the process and the money was in my account around 30 mins after he arrived. Would definitely recommend and use again - only knocking a point off as they didnt turn up on the day they said, albeit were very apologetic and came early the next morning - but these things happen

M4YM offer was piched between Motorway and WBAC. Roll of the dice but was I very pleased with the process. Phoned Monday and booked a video call for Tuesday. Video call was simple and allowed them to quailfy an offer (they did deduct £1000 for 2 small scratches!! Ouch). Offer accepted and car was inspected and collected Wednesday by a polite bloke (Steve) who closed out the process. Money arrived within 10 minutes and he was able to drive off with my ex car. Recommend.

Gave me a good valuation online, told them everything about the car then when they did a video call they tried to drop the price by £1000 which i found a bit of an insult

I'm not sure why the communication for this company was so bad. I had to keep chasing a call and emailing/ calling multiple times just to get them to respond to my initial valuation. A week would go by of being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time and when the week was up I'd be told the valuation is now expired and I'll need a new one to proceed. I did this 3 times until I just gave up. There was one lady who worked Wednesdays (apologies can't remember her name) but fair play to her she at least did try to move things along for me - but it didn't proceed any further than an initial valuation.

Having the seller do all the work so they can sit at their desks and chip it below trade prices to increase their profits! (Got an extra £849 from we buy any car!) - Clearly know nothing about cars, said my coolant was low… she was looking at the screen wash level.l! - Told my oil was emulsified… hadn’t taken the cap or dipstick out to show them unless they have X ray vision?! - Never got a call back when ‘promised’. - Ridiculously long scripts/speeches… “careful you don’t fall when walking around the car”… I’ve managed 54 years of walking thus far thank you! - Instead of having it dealt with in one call it took me 8 attempts! - Want IDs for an address I’ve not lived in for years?! - Constantly put on hold… just a joke from the start… seems others have the same experience I won’t put my reference number on for your generic response because I don’t want to hear from the company again!

The two stars are for Jo who handled the sale, and Patrick who collected the car - both very professional and pleasant. What I am not happy about (apart from Carwow not passing on photographic info and us having to do it again), was the fact that we were deducted £250 by the manager, for no service in Nov 2019 for a car registered in Jan 2017, but there was one in Feb 2020, and again in Nov 2020, and every Nov before and after that! A poor excuse to take money off us, I felt, so zero stars for that, and by then l had enough of the whole process, so reluctantly took the value quoted. I won't use this type of platform to sell a car again.

Terrible terrible terrible. Whatever they’ve offered you expect minimum of £1000 less. After waiting 30 minutes over the time we was suppose to call , I finally got a call from them to do the video appointment. after going around for 20 minutes showing them every panel and service history , they came back and offered me 6500 after on the website they’d offered 7500. They said it had to count as partial history , I have proof that every service has been done year on year , with proof in the book and they found stone chips. I’ve been round the car twice now and there is absolutely nothing on the car , it is in mint condition. They will knock you down please

Absolutely rubbish. Waste of time. Booked an appointment for a Saturday. No phone call. Rang the switch board to chase why i hadn't been contacted that day. Lady said she would get someone to ring me back ASAP. Again no call. I then initiated contact again and rang a few days later, appointment rearranged for a Tuesday 4.30pm. 3.30pm on the day they ring and said they now can't do and rearranged for next day at 4.15pm. Again no phone call on the Tuesday. 3 appointments made, not one kept!!! Waste of time

Absolute rubbish. Nowhere near what I can get for my car. Even the dealership i purchased it from offered me more to buy it back. Do your research and don’t take any notice of this.

EDIT 04.04 - Please don't be fooled into thinking the copy & paste reply from the owner has any substance to it - i have received a very standard brush off with no explanation as to why this was missed. Have replied asking for a copy of what they could see - I eagerly await their reply! Same as all the others - it’s a SCAM! was offered £6,688 but on inspection they claimed they were not aware of the windscreen crack, despite it being clearly stated on the Car Wow listing, and clear pictures of the crack. They advised Car Wow had only told them it was a small chip - Car Wow have advised they have checked on the dealer site and its marked as a crack. obviously trying to hook customers in only to find excuses to reduce the price after - feels very dishonest to me - shocking practice. Have a look at the pictures on the google review and judge for yourself if this was clear to them or not.... before you ask for a price on yours! Ref 8517818
