Money4YourMotors gave me Double for my car compared to what WeBuyAnyCars were offering in cash. Offer given over the phone and after a test drive with their pickup rep the next day, they transferred over the money straight away. So overall happy I went with this company.

Spoke to several really lovely ladies and gentlemen on the phone to organise collection, payment etc ( i speak a very hard Scottish accent) and they honestly were so helpful and couldn't do enough and explained everything really well, even when we both had to repeat ourself's several times they were always really patient and understanding with wifi constantly disconnecting. The 2 gentleman that picked my car up from my home were just as nice and helpful, really fast straight forward procedure. Overall great experience for something that I thought was going to be stressfull only regret is I didn't go throw this company directly.

Absolutely terrible service , if I could have given no stars I would have . My husband phoned on the Sunday, they said they would video call the best day to look at car - they didn't 😡 my husband rang them back on the Tuesday to ask why , they had no idea then gave an excuse the person was off sick .... they then said they would do video call to check car , they did ( but 20 mins late) they then assured my husband they would phone back 10 minutes later with valuation....2 phone calls later ( from us) each time speaking to someone different and them promising to phone back with 10 mins ....guess what ? No phone call, Absolutely waste of time , don't need to sell the car that bad, even if we did we would go with we buy any car or anyone that isn't these 🤬 avoid avoid

If you want a quick very cheap sale then use this company .everything to know about car was documented,all damage ,mileage,and faults with car was reported but they either did not bother to read or look,sold car at auction for £3800 with this company winning the bid ,phone call later to arrange purchase and now price is £2736 as there is a discrepancy with mileage ,which is exact on car wow but these have failed to read. So we reluctantly agreed on new price of £2736,arranged for pick up today. So there transport come and the faults that were reported and documented by car wow are now not know to this company so now because of this the new price is £1000,total time wasters and just want to rip people off,I refused ,just don’t use

I highly recommend this company, communication is fantastic. I dealt with Matthew Jones, he worked around me for all phone appointments. Once everything was done, my car was collected on a day and time that suited me. The guys that collected my car were friendly and professional. The whole experience was seamless. I couldn't fault anything with the service.

Seamless and easy sales and pick up process. Was told exactly what would happen, when and in what order and it did, guy who came to pick up the car was polite, punctual and friendly and payment was made quickly and efficiently for a good price. Couldnt ask for more.

From start to finish we had a great service from money4yourmotors. The fact they come to you makes it so much simpler. Yes we got less for our car than the initial quote but we were totally honest about any defects (paint chips, scratches etc.) so weren't surprised we didn't get full market value. Sure you could probably get more from a private sale but the convenience was more than worth it. Special mentions to Charlotte who did the initial video inspection, Kat who spoke to us on the day of exchange and Ray who came to collect the car. All were courteous and helpful throughout the process.

Avoid! I put my car up for sale on CarWow and it was purchased by them/in partnership with this company. I had read the reviews which weren't great but I was reassured by CarWow that it would be painless. I was offered a guaranteed amount and all that needed to happen was for M4YM.com to just arrange collection. Fine. They called me the same day arranged a video appointment for 2 days later, which, low and behold, they failed to attend. I called several times and I was told that they had no record of my appointment or anyone speaking to me regarding my car. Cut a long story short, they (bearing in mind it was a guaranteed offer) - wanted me to re-do and send all new photo's to them via email to be sent to their valuation team to provide an offer - but I already had an offer which I accepted. I voiced that this would just be the same pictures which I had sent to CarWow previously, they still haven't sent me an email in which to do so. Plus they then text me and offered me a new valuation which is £1.5k higher than what we agreed on. On top of that the number for my contact at CarWow - yep you guessed it - no-one answers...hmmm! Anyone else confused? If you would like to increase your stress and anxiety levels, wasted time off from work, I would highly recommend this company.

Clear and straight forward process, I felt a little unsure to be perfectly honest about the video call and checking the car but it was quick easy and Scott was fantastic throughout.... Car collection was even smoother with a really nice gentleman called Ray that picked the car up and money was in my bank. Pleasantly surprised and very happy about the entire process!!

Agreed a time and date for a virtual appointment to view but Money4YourMotors failed to show up. Bizarrely I got a call same day from Michael who didn't know about the failed appointment and asked me if I still wanted to sell the car. 2 days and 2 messages left by me for them to ring me and no further forward. Will update at the end of this week if they've made and stuck to a new arrangement or if I've got bored with their inneficient / overworked systems and tried someone else. UPDATE... Received a text message this afternoon asking me to phone and book a viewing. The message included a valuation which is less than the amount agreed through Carwow. So the amount has reduced before Money4YourMotors has even seen the car. Phoned to discuss and was told that I had reached the overflow team due to all staff being busy on calls. Person I talked to could not access any details but I could leave a message to call back. I already know that's pointless on the basis of my recent experience as there are already 2 messages logged to call me back. I'll be complaining to Carwow (who arranged contact) and not progressing any further with this company. Thanks for the offer of progressing this with a reference number but there aren't enough hours in the day. I'll go elsewhere. Update 2: Continuing to get daily sales calls despite cancelling with CarWow

It was easy to do and everyone I dealt with was very professional. The driver who picked the car up was lovely, he phoned about an hour before he got to me which was really helpful. The only downside which is understandable slightly is the drop in price compared to the valuation.

Very straightforward and the company does exactly what it says. No pressure no nonsense Also very accommodating with work commitments.

Paul Doyle was absolutely excellent. Communication was great, he was friendly, relaxed and made the who experience great. Head Office on the other hand were incompetent, and it took 3 attempts of no shows to get Paul out - which was Head Office not Paul himself. However once he arrived it went very smoothly. I will say I was given an estimate - which was £1800 lower than Arnold Clark but they were tragic too - and after their incompetence I thought i'd try these as they were recommended by Volkswagen, anyway Money4YourMotors tried coming back another £1500 less!! Paul told them how much I wanted for the car and they came back with a yes! Money was paid into my account by the time Paul Doyle had left, my tax was automatically cancelled and refunded, all I had to do was cancel my insurance. I am only giving them 5 Stars are Paul was great.

Where do you begin? I got an appointment based on an assessor coming out to see my car, as it states “we come to you” yeah, we now come to you via sending a link to your mobile, accessing your camera and you are expected to wander around your car in the pouring rain showing every scratch, dent or imperfection on a car that has done over 90,000 miles while someone sits in an office all nice and dry. I have sold several cars previously, asked why there was nobody coming out, and was told the inspections guy was off sick, oh, I thought, I’ll give him a call and see how he is, imagine my surprise at being told he is no longer employed as he has just been made redundant! Be very careful folks, they are out to rip you off, lie and basically rob the car off you. How can you inspect a car over the phone? Absolutely crazy. Never again!!!
