Collection was fast and on time

Dont know what to make of these people, to be honest. My car is worth 2,500 as clearly stated by other car dealers. Thought I'd give these though a chance as I didn't want to take car miles away to sell and then have get taxi home. So had valuation of £1,774 from these people which is well below a car dealers price. Now my car has had a full service every year and booked stamped. Also never failed an mot in its life. Car has spent most of its life under a cover so no blemishes on vehicle. Low milledge of 87,000 and only four owners from new (car 2005 year) had video call and they then started to reduce there valuation fee as said there was a mark on my rear bumper. Told them they were mistaken and they took £100 off for this mark which I wiped off with a damp cloth. They then said as I had a sticker on my car they need to reduce the valuation even further. So in end offered me £1400. Not impressed at all. Not many cars have a mot pass for every year plus full service history. Well mine does and it was only mot on 5th March this year and passed again. So they even got car with 12 months mot on it. But they still reduced my car to peanuts. They then came up with excuse price reduced as one year service was missing. Do they not realise that a car only gets serviced every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. Not compulsory to have car serviced every year. They even asked me about the mot's for 2005, 2006 and 2007. A new car does not have a mot until the 3rd year of its anniversary when it comes out of a showroom. But regardless, they still took off £374. Well I've still got the car. They now want me to produce photos to them of my identification too and the v5c. Got no problem giving them photo of v5c. But what makes me laugh they want cars in pristine condition without a single mark. Then that ain't gonna happen on a car my age eventhough my cars is in tip top condition. If they want pristine condition cars then they may as well go to a showroom and buy a brand new car that's not been on any road. I think these people draw you in on a good offer which wasn't in my case and then start to deduct money from the offer originally given. They had no intentions of giving you there original offer. Your better off going privately. Stay clear of these.

From start to finish the process.of selling my car was so simple. The first purchaser made me an offer and I wanted time to think about it. I phoned up the same day to accept the offer. The second purchaser attended and within 15 mins my car was sold and the money was in my account. Both purchasers were easy to talk to, zero hard selling tactic and just genuine nice people. Would recommend.

Colin was really helpful and lovely to speak too, informative and talked me through the process well. Explained pricing and was generally a very nice person to be around.

All the staff were very polite on the telephone, I was disappointed with the final valuation fee as this was more than half the initial estimate, it was explained to me why this was the case and I still decided to sell to them after being given time to consider the offer. The driver who came to collect the car was called Ray and he was fantastic, he explained what would happen after he had test drove the car and taken his own photos and was very kind and patient.

It’s refreshing to have a gentleman turn up and walk you through the process. The valuation and the price settled on we’re within my accepted expectations . Instant payment and nothing to do with the document nightmare as it’s all done for you.

I booked to sell my car with Auto trader, who passed me to Manheim / Money4YourMotors. I had a very good and straightforward experience. James White came and was very friendly and courteous. He did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and the price offered was exactly the same as my preliminary offer (I had declared all defects).

Very poor service made a good initial offer and good first contact but went wrong from there failed to turn up for an appointment twice when they finally turned up came up with every reason to reduce the price and made an extremely low offer which they tried to push me into accepting (which I feel some people would feel pressured into taking) 8430059

From initial contact to car collection and payment was wonderful service. Staff very friendly and helpful and kept in the loop regularly. The lady maria who valued the car on Monday morning was very friendly and helpful and although the value was lower than I'd have expected I realise you have to be realistic when selling through car buying business. We agreed a price and the next day I was called to book in collection the next day . Today I was called by the transport team to advise their expected arrival time . They then test drove the car called the office and with 15 minutes money in my account and car collection completed . Stress free experience and I'd highly recommend money4yourmotors. Thank you.
