I've sold my car today after the valuation was done by Soul on line then Darren come to pick up the car was friendly and polite he checked the car all a round takes photos then he phoned the office it was a bit of a wait as line was busy today is Saturday but everything went smoothy payment received to my bank within 5 minutes all the procedure was about 25 minutes I'm happy with the service I will recommend to anyone who want it to sale their car quickly go for money4Yourmotos I believe they are professional from start to finish

Ishaq made my experience with money 4 your motors 100/10 this afternoon. He was extremely professional, polite and well mannered. So patient on the phone with me when I was rustling around trying to find documents. Very seemless process, quick but thorough. As you do a video call to submit your car details it means you can talk through your car and explain all that can be seen, like a small scratch. I found this a lot better than just submitting info online and not speaking to anyone. Staff all very polite and knowledgeable, would definitely use again.

I expected to get a price of around £13,000, but I was willing to negotiate with a dealer. However, I found some minor scratches that would cost £350 to repair. I contacted three dealerships, including Money4YourMotor; they initially offered me £11,900, but there was one problem: the car MOT was less than a month, so I had the MOT done. But then final valuation was £7,450 once I provided them with photos and information about the car. This was a significant discount, especially considering the repair cost was only £350. (and the car is in very good condition) New battery, brakes and discs are less than 500 miles. and the car has no fault. But they claimed that the car's mileage had been tampered with. I knew this was strange because I had guaranteed the mileage when I bought the car, and I knew that I did not do such things. I investigated further and paid £10 for a full report, confirming the accurate mileage. I was unhappy with Money4YourMotor's offer and decided to check with a similar service provider. A day later I received two new offers from other dealerships, both above £11,300. While this is lower than what I could get as a private seller and the lowest price you could find as a private buyer for a similar car, it is still a fair price when going through a dealer. What frustrated me was Money4YourMotor's dishonesty. They made false claims about the car's condition, which could have misled unsuspecting customers. Ultimately, their behaviour is typical of the negative stereotype of car salesmen. Looking at other reviews (genuine ones), I see that I am not the only one with similar issues with this company. I suggest that you shop around before accepting an offer from money4yourMotor. They initially sound great, but that is all there is.

They have been responsive on the phone to different questions. Easy to valuate using an online video link. Initially offered me a lower amount but we were able to negotiate a new price. The team who picked up the car were friendly and helpful. Money arrived swiftly into my account.

I got a call from Damian Ryan this morning regarding the sale of my car. It was quite a rapid turnaround and straightforward. He was very respectful, understanding and helpful throughout. I recommend everyone to ask for him when wanting to sell your vehicle, he doesn’t give you any hassle and is very pleasant over the phone. Accurate sale price for vehicle was also given based on the body and history. Would definitely recommend !!!

Agreed for them to view my car prior to buying it. When taking my car off my driveway, it developed an electrical fault - quite a problem as I have an electric handbrake. I decided to scrap it and cancelled the inspection. Chris Collins on called me back and was so incredibly helpful. He suggested visiting a local garage for a repair and they would then continue with the valuation. I declined as I simply want the car gone asap. Brilliant customer service even though I couldn't use them. They are a seriously professional company and Chris Collinson is a great embassador for them

It was novel and sounded slick and quick however the key is the WiFi as if this is a problem [as it was] and needed a trip to Supermarket car park after already an hour near home in open square with iPhone 13 for video pics of car. I gatehr this problem is common and the process of selling this way is only c 6 months old with the M4YM Also the valuation was c 2K more than the price paid [ said to be " due to market forces" ] which was only 2-3 days after their on line valuation so intriguing. The actual collection of the car by the Transport section on M4YM and the fast safe payment on line was brilliant,no problem. Would I do it this way another time? Probably not as it was time consuming [ c 4-5 hours over 3 days ]but then all ways of selling are time consuming. With PCP ending for the car I may have explored the other options more tho M4YM was a recommended route via my PCP Finance Company. Overall the people involved were helpful and aside form the WiFi for pics of car all went smoothly and safely.

Quick to arrange an online quote. Easy follow up video call(with Katherine) to look at the car. When we said we weren’t happy with the subsequent quote she then provided us (it had dropped by £600 from the online one) we told her what we wanted for the car and after going a way for a bit she came back with an increased offer which we accepted. Transport arranged for pick up the following day. They called beforehand to tell me their arrival time, checked the car visually and took it for a test drive. Email received which I entered my bank details into and money received into my account before they left. They waited to ensure money came through. Very quick system. Slight issue with the payment being less than had been agreed the previous day but this was resolved quickly (the notes from the conversation hadn’t been input to the original invoice) and the full amount that had been agreed upon was received (thank you to Carolyn for resolving this). All in all a positive experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is a genuine customer review - I am not affiliated with the company in any way and have not been asked to write this.

Genuinely the greatest waste of time (including the 30-minute hold) I have ever come across. In brief, they wouldn't accept I had a partial service history (they tried their best to find an issue with the service history because it makes a 'BIG' difference to their price) and eventually the issue was that they didn't accept the service because the garage had hand written the form the service history was recorded on. To note, I used the exact same service history with 2 other companies who quoted over £2000 more for the car. Their dislike for the written service record caused them to knock £3000 off the price they had initially fooled me with! Also, initially the guy claimed that it was stated clearly that the valuation was based on a full service history. When I challenged him that during the entire process of valuing the car and receiving the valuation, a service history was not mentioned he changed his tune to, 'well it's in their terms and conditions'. I 100% believe the price they initially quote you is purely to get you on the phone. It's backed up by a guy from another company who quoted me somewhat less but was very surprised I had been quoted that much by anyone. Oh if I could onlyget my time back!

Everyone I spoke to, from the customer service assistant on the phone (Paddy in Somerset) the lady who booked the vehicle collection (Kat in Liverpool) to the guy who came to collect the car (Danny in Bristol) were absolutely fantastic - polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient! They went above and beyond to assist me, to negotiate a fair price, and a special shout out to Danny who did his best to arrive at the appointed time, despite having been all over the South West today! I am really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend you try this car buying site above some of the better known ones. Many thanks guys!

I would recommend if you would like a quick sale. Lovely and friendly staff from on the phone going through what pictures and information they need to the guys that came to collect the car were absolutely brilliant and friendly can't fault them at all. You would probably get more for selling private however they give you a fair price and no hidden fees either. So if your looking for a quick sale I would highly recommend these guys.

Had to hang up the phone after my ‘offer’ I knew they originally offer you a higher valuation to lure you in but to reduce it 1200 because no service history is a joke because they already knew it had no service history! I feel like even if I had it and the car was in pristine condition it still would have been a few hundred less, complete waste of my time energy and effort
