Complete waste of time saw my car which was in very good condition price offered was a million miles away from the valuation price. They should factor in the odd chip here an there on a 10 year old car. Offered me £900 less. No point as I already have an agreed higher p/ex price. Do they value at 'perfect' and then simply find ways to reduce , reduce and reduce.. call me cynical..
