Smooth and frictionless experience. John and Steve were fried, prompt and professional. Provided reassuring explanations to help see the process to conclusion.

Complete waste of time, quoted over £20331 then offered £18000. Give you a high price to sucker you in, wouldn’t bother with these guys.

The whole experience was first class. Patrick walked me through the process in a very professional manner. He was very informative and helped me with everything. Kat was extremely friendly and polite, also using her knowledge and expertise to guide me through the financial aspects of selling my car. The whole process was first class, many thanks to you all.

Absolute shambles, utter bunch of cowboys! I got a valuation online for my car at £11,110. That was emailed to me stating "valid for 7 days". So I spoke to them, and arranged for them to call me back the following day to do a video appraisal - as they apparently don't bother coming out to see the car. All shown, worst thing on the car is 2 x pinhole stone chips (old and already touched in before I bought the car) on the leading edge of the bonnet, and 2 the same size but not touched in on the other side of the same edge. Bearing in mind this is a 9 year old car, there is NOTHING else on the bodywork, no interior damage at all, and no mechanical or electric issues. So after the appraisal, he goes off to speak to his underwriters and calls me back almost an hour later (after saying it'll be a few minutes) - making me late for another appointment - then they try to tell me that the value has dropped suddenly in the books that morning and they're only willing to offer £9500. This is less than 24 hours after getting a "valid for 7 days" price of £11,110. When I ask why the bother sending the online values and saying they're valid for 7 days if that's not true, then the snooty little child tries telling me that I need to get over it and move on if I don't like the value but it won't change!! No wonder they don't come out to see you if that the attitude of the staff - probably had too many go hone with black eyes! Anyway, don't believe a word of the value they give you, just accept its a lie and they'll do all they can to significantly reduce it and rip you off. AVOID ! ! Update - 03/06/25 - following their comical response: The offer made was guaranteed subject to nothing within the inspection coming to light to reduce. Had I been shown a fault, some damage, something missing, or anything else to consider that the vehicles differs from the description given I would accept. I was not and the assessor commented specifically to say it's a really nice car and he can't find anything wrong with it, he even mentioned it being a really nice surprise to turn up to such a clean and tidy car. The assessment happened the day after the valuation was obtained - so clearly the response below is a generic "dismissal" of my comments and does not, to any degree at all, address the issue experienced. I have taken the matter to Trading Standards as a grievance against unethical and dishonest business practices.

I don’t recommend as they tried to knock £800 off the sale of my car as apparently I didn’t have full service history. I went on to car wow to try and get to the bottom of the situation as also wanted to know moving forward with selling my car and they confirmed in fact my car does have full service history so went back to money4motors and they wasn’t interested. Feel like you totally wasted my time and aren’t genuine.

I spent a long time going through the whole process to be given a fair price. When I did the walk round my car on video call, they questioned marks on the car. I was able to show that it was dirt and no hidden surprise scratches. They questioned the service history hadn’t been stamped, I could clearly show them the main dealer stamps. After answering all questions, they reduced the original price down by £1200. Extremely disappointed at how much time wasting has gone on with this process. Please do be careful as they couldn’t justify the huge reduction from the original price quoted online.

They talk the talk but when it comes down to the final price they try to shaft you they blame their automated system for mileage differences (9500 instead of 9950) they lowered their prices by £1500. 😡

Everything that I was told about the purchase of my vehicle happened as described. Inspection, offer, road test & finally payment. If I was to sell another vehicle at some point. I would definitely use & recommend m4m.com.

Complete waste of my time. Gave an offer of 7074 went through the whole process with them only to be told I got an inflated offer and they can only offer 5800. I should invoice them for the time wasted.

Such a long process... they drop the price, keep asking to access your camera to see your car, but then they don't do it once, it is over and over. And hard to communicate, as there is just one central number to try and get hold of the person dealing with your case. They find issues and problems with everything, so, no, not a grrat experience and quite a lot of time being wasted.

James White was a pleasure to speak with. He was very polite and patient. Explained the process clearly and made everything quick and simple to complete. Offered me a decent quote The guys came the following day, checked vehicle over, gave it a quick test drive, accepted the quote given by James. Provided my bank details then bam! A few minutes later the funds hit my bank account and the guys waited until the transaction was completed. I would definitely recommend them for a quick and easy sale... Nice one 😁👍🏾

Absolutely pointless. I used this service to sell a Ford in 2022 and it was great. This time it was totally pointless. I used Jamjar.com to get the best price, I selected Money4yourmotors.com as the best price. So far so good.... I got an text saying they would contact me, or I could contact them. I called the number they gave me, but it only connects to a kind of manned answering service, where a person told me Money4yourmotors.com would contact me within 24-48 hours. After a week of no contact, I gave up and went elsewhere. Not sure what the point of this service is any more?

Give you good price online . Then you do the lengthy video call and film all sections of car . Then offer you half the price . Then come to view test drive it . Leave the engine running while he makes call to office then say they dont want it . Then later on they send text telling you to contact them if you will consider a lower price . Er hang on but you said you cant buy it !!!! Dont use them they are time wasters !
