When I started the process, I really had no idea what I had to do Justin was amazing helpful friendly and professional, I misplaced the v5c form until my wife found it, he once again helped in the process, we handed the car over today once again the representative who came was really nice helpful and professional, a very satisfying experience Thank you once again Alex Hunter

To be honest this is the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. They have made me feel like I am a lying about my own car, I had no chance to talk. Carl the Manager was very blunt and incorrect with this knowledge and information, I was also steam railed into pictures of my vehicle which was not ready. I with say that Justin who I spoke to first was very helpful but perhaps totally unexperienced from this company. As for your Manager Carl, in a really world I would sake him!!!!!!!!!!

If selling through carwow be warned - the collection team will ensure that the head office will re-negotiate the price of the car ON THE DAY OF COLLECTION after you have agreed a price based on extensive conversations about any existing damage or wear. Total waste of time and overall an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. My experience in detail to give people a word of warning: - Sold through carwow and an offer of £7,123 offered - happy days. - Call from Money4YourMotors.com of which they then try and knock the price down to £6,600 due to their assessment of the damage which is a cracked front bumper - frustrating on the fact the photos clearly show the damage and I have been totally honest about this on carwow both in terms of description and clear photos of the damage. I say no (obviously) on the basis this is drastically reduced and the reserve price offered by carwow (despite the damage) was over £8k, and so they agree to honour the original offer and accept the damage for what it is. So order of amounts had gone from £7,123 offered by M4YM on carwow, M4YM then ringing and trying to knock down to £6,600, then agreeing to go to £7,000 then agreeing to the original offer of £7,123. - Day of collection comes whereby I expect the collector to do some usual checks, agree to pay and then drive the car off once I have received payment. However, the collector says head office wants to talk and puts me on the phone to them. Suddenly the exact same conversations are had with their team previously about the damage around the bumper and they say they are only offering £6,600 as the bumper needs replacing - which, as I made clear, was discussed when M4YM rang me earlier in the week and we eventually settled on the original offer price. Totally unacceptable given (1) the pictures of the damage are totally clear (2) more importantly the conversations around the damage have already been had in full of which it was agreed that the bumper clearly needs replacing - this is not a new issue which suddenly reared it's head on the day of collection and (3) absolutely no indication they will re-negotiate (drastically) the price on the day of collection. On (2) by some reason all the call notes I had with their team about this, and honouring the price despite this, miraculously not showing on their system - what a surprise! They will try and wash their hands by saying "carwow put the damage as a large scratch" etc., this is clearly a flawed point as despite the description of "large scratch" (which is a drop down option of what can be selected - of course there won't be a "cracked bumper option"...) this is why you (1) upload photos so people can assess the damage and (2) talk to the M4YM team extensively about the damage beforehand to agree the price before the day of collection. Their plan is always clearly to re-negotiate again on the day of collection and knock money off on the day of collection, and some people will just accept that rather than the hassle of having to re-list etc. My advice - avoid and read all reviews whereby people are not invited to leave a review. If you have an offer from M4YM via carwow then do not accept.

The whole selling process from start to finish was excellent with me being to see the money in my bank before they took my car away. First class service.

Everything was great, person on the phone was helpful. The whole process took less than 24 hours. Only bad thing is that the collection was planned for 9-13:00 and they came at 2 pm.

initially offered me 25% less than their final offer, You have to negotiate and hold your ground. bear in mind that the umbrella company owns money for your motors and all of the other apparently independent companies apart from "webuyanycar.com, also Manheim auctions and auto trader. it's all one giant company look it up if you don't believe me. Having said all of that, and not receiving any reasonable offers after the 4 days of advertising, I accepted and the process and the chap who came to see me were very good.

Quick sale at a good price. I have dealt with Kieran over the phone on a weekend. He has been brilliant. The collection team has been amazing as well.

What an amazing company in, I asked for a quote this morning and sold my car by 5:30 pm. All the staff are polite and friendly and kept me well informed throughout the day. I would highly recommend anyone to sell their car to m4ym so so so good 👍👍👍👍

Discussed price in advance no problems at all when collected. Called approximately an hour prior to agreed collection time etc. A great experience overall.

Offered £22.5k for the car through Carwow - and then after a phone call suddenly reduced the offer to £21.3k. All damage etc. was listed clearly on Carwow and they couldn't provide a reason for the reduction. Waste of time. Other reviews seem to suggest this is a common practice - bidding high to win the deal and then subsequently reducing the offer.

What started off as a good experience turned into a bad one. I initially got a good quote for my car from them, and the service was efficient and helpful. After the quote, unfortunately the EML light came on, but the people I dealt with sorted me out a quote that I still considered reasonable on reflection of the unknown issue. The problems start when they come to get your car. I was given a 9am-1pm time slot, and told the driver would call me an hour in advance to confirm arrival time. 12:45pm came and no call…I had to call them and only then did they tell me the driver is stuck at an audition, and it would be 3pm. At 2:30pm the driver called to say he was an hour away, but didn’t turn up until nearly 4:15pm. The driver took the car down the road to “test drive” before deciding it was in “limp mode”. He hadn’t even returned it before M4M left me a voice mail saying they couldn’t purchase it. There is nothing wrong with the driveability of the car, despite the EML having come on I have driven it the same day with no issue. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go on the test drive since he turned up 3 hours late and I had to work, so for all I know the car was damaged during this time. Complete waste of my time. Sold elsewhere for the same price.

Terrible service..didn't phone when they said they would. I ended up phoning them back and re sorting the video for them. Then they said they would call back 20 to 40mins later...2.5 hours later they do and then they say the offer is out of date even though it wasn't. To top if all off they said my mileage was 7400 when it's 2442 video and photo evidence. Totally rubbish service...avoid

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. I first spoke with Reannon about pricing, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. It truly felt like she cared about securing the best price for our vehicle. Her knowledge and thorough explanations made everything simple and stress-free. Later, John came to collect the car, notifying us in advance of his arrival and showing up well within the scheduled window. He made us feel completely at ease about the sale and ensured the process was quick and effortless. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to sell their car!
