Second car I have sold to this company, very straightforward and reliable. Kieran was polite, knowledgeable and direct. A genuine credit to the company and the transaction from start to finish was seemless. A breath of fresh air in the murky business of cars! Would recommend to all.

Excellent communication and 'exactly as agreed'. We sold the car and it was taken away all within 24 hours. Much better than webuy or my local dealer. Price was as agreed and the test drive was easy, with payment being within minutes. No hidden fees. Everyone I talked to or met were polite, helpful and very efficient! Well done Team M4YM :-)

Wow what a great service. After being treated very disrespectful by Motorway staff, it was such a relief to be treated with respect and dignity by this company. From my very first phone call, to talking me through uploading all photos of my car the experience was amazing. I received an offer for my car and this was the price that was paid. Three men arrived to look over it and collect it and they were wonderful. They did not try to treat me like a woman who had no idea about her car, as the previous company had. They did the necessary checks, test drive and paperwork with great respect for me as a customer. The money was paid straight into my account with no hassles and the car was not taken until I had received my money and I was happy. Steve, John and Terry were such great guys to deal with and made me feel very comfortable with the whole deal. Would highly recommend. Offer came through of £18050. Phone call with a nice guy called Jacob, confirmed that car is as reported. Very small chip on drivers door edge (you'd need a magnifying glass to see it) Came back on offer £17350 because of damage to bonnet, of which there is none! Avoid- Conmen

I just sold my car today. Under 24 hours everything is done smoothly. I get a fair price which I'm happy with. I was being honest and they were being honest from the beginning so no hidden costs or no finding excuses to reduce to price. I would like to thank especially to John and Kieran to make this process so easy for me.

If I could give zero stars I would. Cowboy company, initially valued my car £15450. Did the video with Scott, was advised on call back 45 mins, 6 hours later I had to call back, promised call back fee minutes, didn’t happen. I had to call again next day spoke with Scott knocked £2500 off initial valuation, when I questioned why stated didn’t have full service, which is absolute lies. He disconnected the call never rang back I had to call again, same nonsense Scott will call you back never happened. Absolute joke of a company, avoid like the plague, time wasters. Poor customer service. Do not use

Don't bother. They will tempt you with a reasonable offer. Then you will do a virtual tour after they will offer you 1.5k-2k less. Time thieves!

The whole experience was amazing, Mark Cox was excellent in his appraisal and M4YM kept their promise and paid the full value. I had used Motorway before, but them & Car Wow let me down this time. As for WBAC they tried beating me down by £1000 after taking the car to them. Also Kieran was very pleasant & efficient on collection of the car & M4YM deserves 5 stars!

Listed my car on CarWow accurately displaying all faults and documentation, including service history. Money4yourmotor then bid for the car and this bid is accepted. They then insist on a further appraisal of the car which I obliged. Only to then take an extra £150 off the value of the car solely because an in-house ‘specialist’ said it needs servicing every year as opposed to the structured 2 year/18000 mile schedule of BMW/Mini. This schedule is a requirement and well known. This service history was also available also within the carwow advert so visible from the start to them. Avoid, shameful business trying to rip people off.

Very quick from start to finish. All very professional, from the initial call, right through to collection. Payment was instant and easy and above all else, we were happy with the price. Wouldn`t hesitate to use again if i have a car to sell.

The sales rep Dan was very nice and the guy that picked the car up great. Only neg is that in the end they offer 20% less than initially showed.

Unprofessional and Misleading Service - Stay Away! I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Money4YourMotors. I listed my vehicle for an evaluation and received an offer. After four days, I decided to accept it. Despite their claim that the evaluation is locked and valid for 7 days, the link directed me to re-enter my details, and I received a new evaluation that was £1000 lower than the initial one. Maria, a representative, called me to proceed with the process and assured me that the first evaluation was still valid. We scheduled a video call for her to see the vehicle. As I was abroad on holiday, I provided my sister’s contact number to facilitate the call so I can decide whether to sell the car. Despite my clear instructions, Maria ignored the provided number and timing. Upon learning I was on vacation, she became extremely passive aggressive in her tone, insisting they wanted to buy the car immediately. This was baffling as I had never agreed to sell at that point. I tried to proceed with the evaluation call, but Maria quickly sent an email asking me to sign a return document and an SMS saying they were no longer interested in buying the car. Later, I found out from another colleague that the valuation was significantly lower than initially quoted. This company and its employees exhibit a major lack of professionalism. They will waste your time and try to rip you off. I do not recommend Money4YourMotors to anyone. Stay away!

Simple and expedient process completed remotely. Quick valuation. Much better than more well known car buyer.

What can I say true to there word everything is sorted out for you right down to sorting out the car tax you don't have to lift a finger. We'll happy

Money4yourmotor Kieran was very helpful and patient as we had problems with the internet. The company made a good offer. When they came to collect the car Craig was very helpful went over everything. The full amount agreed with Kieran was paid into our account and then Craig drove of into the sunset.

What a lovely surprise. A very straightforward process and everyone I spoke to really helpful. The admin staff fantastic with help in POA, the initial first call/video call really easy and the young lady again very helpful. The transport collection drivers very friendly, in time and just genuinely nice. Thank you so much for all your help. David is now crying that his lovely lady is not in front of our house!!
