Arnold clark as usual were wanting me to pay the downfall for my car. I tried motorway and had a few blips with them. So decided to try someone else and I seen money4yourmotors online. I filled the form out and within 5 minutes I had a call from Bryan Hamilton who went over everything with me. What's great about this company they video call you and take the required pictures through the video call which saves the hassle for anyone who is not computer literate. The hold up was at my end due to my V5 (as I took my private reg off my car to go onto my new car i was waiting for the new V5 to be sent to me). Once I received this I called Bryan back who valued my car and arranged pick up the following day. All inspections are done through the phone. The chap who picked the car up was friendly and happy to chat away and explain everything again to me. He drove my car for 2 miles and was happy to take away there and then. My money was paid instantly and the remaining finance was paid off. I would 100% recommend these guys/use again in the future. Thank you all for making my car sale easy Bryan!

What a waste of time this mob is . Made an offer on carwow for my Toyota, which I accepted then out the blue dropped the price by nearly £500. Guy was shocked that I didn't accept their offer, I asked him why it had dropped and he said his valuer had reviewed my photos of an unwashed car and that there was scratches on the car. I told him that was rubbish, she said give me a few minutes and I will phone u back, 3 days later he called and we did a live video thingy so he could view the car . Even though I proved there was no damage, they refused to honour their original price. Absolute joke of a company

The whole process was very smooth and the checking of the car was pleasantly fast and straightforward. I also got way more than We Buy Any Car quoted me. Seriously, way more. They also didn't knock the price down when they came as I described in detail all the scratches/scuffs etc. I highly recommend these guys if you're selling your car. Alex was a top bloke too!

Really efficient company to deal with, friendly staff ( especially Daniel), who even took his shoes off when coming into our house after testing out my car. No quibbling over pricing, they guided me through the process and money went into my account before the keys exchanged on their request, great service.

My first time selling a car and the experience was so smooth! From my initial contact with them on Thursday morning, to agreeing the sale price in the afternoon after giving the service history and car condition, to agreeing the pickup day on Monday the following week - everything was clear, and communicated well. They have also given me the best price from the online valuation tool. On pick up day, Ray gave me a time when he will be here, warned well in advance his potential delay. Once here, they did a quick test drive, did a check of the condition of the car if it is as I have mentioned, then gave the office a call. Shortly after, I received a link to get my bank account details for their payment. From the moment they arrived, to them paying and driving off, it took 45 minutes. I didn’t know what to expect in selling a car, but I honestly did not expect it to be this easy.

Great service on pick up, polite and well mannered gents! Service at HO ok but double check the information they take as they did try and say information I had given was inaccurate to reduce the price! I know what I said so they took information down incorrectly or they use that tactic to reduce the value!

Sold my car to this company, everyone was so nice, polite and courteous. Every part of the process was nice and easy. The guys (Steve and Terry) were funny, informative and helpful through the visit. When there was a delay with the payment they chased with the team and it was sorted quickly.

Once I decided to use them they reviewed their offer and made a substantial reduction to it, claiming that because it was a top of the range model didn't have much to compare it with. Having said that, it was still a fairly good deal. The pickup process was smooth but could have been described better beforehand.
