Completely false advertising and creating calls through misrepresentation. Effectively said at the start of the call you'll never achieve the price we give you over the Internet and then unjustly remove at least a thousand off their price following their "market research" I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

I got a price online for my car of £7920 and put details in to sell the car received a phone call 5 minutes later asking for further details service history previous keepers which was full dealer history and 1 previous owner nothing to raise any red flags and then received a further phone call to tell me my car a BMW wasn’t a good vehicle for resale bearing in mind vehicle is one previous keeper full dealer history all paperwork present but when they have looked at market research in my area this affected the price of my car to £6720 DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR SALE OF YOUR VEHICLE AS THEY ARE CON ARTISTS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

From start to finish everyone I dealt was extremely professional of course I didn’t get as much as I wanted but didn’t get messed around at all and the process was simple. Ray drove and assessed the vehicle and was here early and completed the assessment quickly and in a completely professional manner.

I don't know what the service is like but they've just emailed me unprovoked with an absolutely insulting quote for my car, £1600 less than what I already sold it for and £700 less even than webuyanycar offered me. Shop around.

Super easy process. I gave an honest breakdown of my car and was offered a fair price for it. M4YM kept me informed all the way and weren’t pushy at all with the sale of the car.
