Easy and efficient , polite and friendly

From start to finish they were great with arranging a time for my vehicle to be picked up. Even though the guys had a busy day they still made time to pick up my car and explained everything clear and easy to understand. They were both very nice and respectable making the experience stress free. Payment was quick and they don’t take the vehicle until the money is in your account.

Easy seamless process, 5 star customer service

I didn't end up selling my car with them in the end, but the gentleman who dealt with me was excellent, the customer service he has is great, he was funny, knowledgeable and also gave me a call back when requested. This is my first time coming across M4YM and I will be using them in the future, all thanks to Roger.

Hate when people say one price then keep chipping away so you get less that what was offered EVEN THOUGH it's their own mistake, if we put no service history that probably means none, but having a bonus of full history bar this year and you not saying at the beginning that the price will be even lower is disgusting. So not happy.

Money4YourMotors quoted a fair price, and then came to collect the car a couple of days later on a day I requested. The driver did not haggle over price, and Money4YourMotors put the pre-agreed amount into my bank before the driver left. The driver was also a lovely person. A very good experience indeed.

Easy peasy experience! From the first conversation with Brian (who was friendly, helpful and very thorough) to the last conversation with the transport guys who came to pick up the car. Decent money offered from the start. I must say it felt a bit nerve racking letting them test drive without me in the car as I was at work at the time and there was always that chance I would never see my car again (!) but ID was provided and I felt comfortable in the end. Smooth transaction and cash straight in the bank. Thank you M4YM I will defo use you again in the future.

Used Money For Your Motors to sell on behalf of my Dad. From initial contact up to the payment everything was straight forward. The staff were polite and knowledgeable. Kai who inspected the car was a polite young man and covered any concerns.Dad didn’t have online banking but he spoke with the department who made the payment and they sent evidence via email. Can’t speak highly enough of the service we received.

So easy to use with good communication. Realistic price (substantially more than 'trade in' or WBAC). Early inspection with sale completed within 48 hours. Victoria, in the office, and Terry and Paul, who collected the car, were all first rate, unfailingly pleasant and professional. First rate experience.
