Dreadful company. Offered me £19350 for my porsche. After a 30 minute video call ,they reduced the offer to £18,000,citing ridiculous reasons. Don't go near them

Absolute scam of a company Absolute scam of a company, offered £17,300 for my Peugeot 508sw 2021 immaculate condition, fsh, consultant even said what impeccable condition it was in, as new, 14500 miles. After completing all his end, he came back with an offer after £15,200, said there system had calculated price incorrectly. The current retail price of 1 similar to mine, but without the kit and 3x the mileage is up for £21,995 & it's in Scotland, this model is rare and not easy to get.i was told don't worry that price is fixed, when we collect we won't reduce the price, our offer is fixed. You could tell the agent was horrified at the offer he was told to come back with, after realy praising the condition AS NEW. SCAM SCAM SCAM Big company, praying on Disabled To make thing worse they keep sending automated messages saying to call an advisor to arrange o video call to get a valuation fee paid to the sum of £17,308, so the initial valuation has gone up, but the actual offer is £15,200 even though they can't find any issues with the car. After they insulted you with the valuation and you decline the offer, they transfer your details to there sister company, that then give you a higher offer than the original offer you were quoted and they agree the purchase. When you leave a negative review, someone called Ben will email you, they obviously get many complaints with the same issue, as they use a standard complaint template. Lol they even get that wrong, instead of putting your name, they forget to change it from the previous person that complained. Do not touch this company.i am reporting to The Motor Ombudsman I have just had another phone call asking if I want to accept an offer of £17,308, if I do, we can do a remote profile of your car, so the valuing system is still WRONG lol. What a shambles, a big SCAM company, the poor chap I just spoke to go a earful but very politely I have to say the poor agents that go through the SCAM process are very polite. STAY WELL CLEAR,

I had a bid from them through car wow after being fully honest with all damage and pictures of all the damage and then they tried to knock a lot of money off because of the damage they already knew about when placing the bid. Then I thought I'd try webuyanycar and they gave me £100 more than this company's original bid.

Easy and hassle free as promised . Maria was great and guided us through the sale of our car. The video call was very thorough and gave me confidence that they would be happy with the car. if you are transparent with them they are transparent with you. Price was honoured when they picked it up - no tyre kicking or arguments. The price was fair and definitely easier to deal with than other car buying services

Don’t waste your time! After listing our car on Carwow got an offer for Money4yourmotor for £1500. We had uploaded loads of photos to carwow showing condition of the vehicle. Following the video call Steve dropped the price by £315 for “bodywork”stuff and claimed we hadn’t provided that many photographs. There are no issues with the bodywork and had uploaded many photos! Just a cowboy company trying to reel you in then pressuring you to make a decision on a sale that minute. I’d rather give the car away than sell to these unscrupulous people! Then got an email from a company called “Manheim”. So unclear who you’re dealing with. Only positive is it’s probably quick and convenient if that’s what you need.

Excellent service provided by M4YM’s. Spoke to Sean on the phone who provided an instant valuation. Wasn’t as much as we’d like (but much better than We Buy Any Car), they were able to budge a little. Then arrangements were made for the collection, Sabir came to collect and again was very professional and transparent. Checked the car over and we had the money in our account before he left. Super simple way to sell your car. Would definitely use again and I can highly recommend!!

Online offer of £16234 for my 3 year old car was better than most. A 20 minute video call to check over the car concluded it was very good for it's age with only a few stone chips. Valuation an hour later was around £1500 less due to 'market forces'. Not sure what changes in the market had occured in the hours between the first and last quote. I declined. Got £1200 more than their offer the next day from Evans Halshaw. Have used M4YM before and got a good price, but wouldn't recommend based on my recent experience

We sold our car via CarWow's action. We were offered a good price on the auction day which I accepted. The next stage was a video call where I showed Money4yourmotors the car and emailed the service history. The £5927offered became £5310!! They nit-picked throughout. For example on one service invoice it stated "to carry out" (whilst on the others it was Carried out" and thus it had a part-service), they told me there were stone chips where there were none and then informed me that one of the alloys was scuffed. After much photographing and showing them the VW service record (thank you VW) they put the price up but still found stone chips on unmarked areas. A shocking, stressful experiance which left me angry and upset. They used every trick in the book to offer big then beat me down - don't touch them. PS "Webuyanycar" were much nicer and straightforward......plus a decent price.

I had an offer accepted through carwow on Thursday, then to follow on Friday was a video call walkround and then 4 seperate phone calls asking questions. It felt like they were looking for reasons to back out or knock money off. 7pm came and went and no arrangement had been made to collect the vehicle. No call all weekend or all day Monday, then I receive an email saying they cannot go ahead with the agreed deal as my car had previously been bought through auction. This was not a term or condition I was made aware of before I accepted the deal, and the car was exactly as described. Complete waste of time, Friday evening and have now had to make alternative arrangements. Didn't even have the courtesy to call me. I didn't receive a reference but I delt with Brendan Caddy.
