Second time I have used you and all went smoothly. I will recommend you to friends. Preferred you visiting and assessing on the spot. We aren't expert enough to inspect to your depth of scrutiny and when the price is knocked down because the driver finds other minor things we have missed, it gives the impression that we have tried to trick you. It bis not..we ji just do not look for scuffed alloy hubs, etc.

Very helpful, polite and efficient. I thought they would try to knock the price down when seeing the car but didn’t as I had been honest when describing the condition over the phone. The driver was friendly and the transaction was quick and as painless as possible.

Sold my car to them and it was fairly smooth and thorough process. Pre-inspection checks were carried out over phone and then inspection & pick-up. They gave pretty much what was discussed (reasonable deduction). One area of improvement, i was called 4 times to carry out pre inspection after it was already done, which was bit confusing.

I'm very happy with the service. The process was clearly explained to me and easy to follow. After providing information about my car the consultant explained the reasons for their price and after I've accepted the offer I've agreed on a date for inspection officer to check the car. He confirmed the info I've provided, called the office and the bank transfer was made 5 minutes later at which point I was happy to release the car. Everyone involved in the process was polite and helpful, that's how you define "good business".

Brilliant service. Easy process, be honest about any defects/damage and you will get what you were quoted it’s that simple. Quay who come to collect the car kept me updated as he was stuck in a bit of traffic. Also very polite. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and to use again should I need to. They dropped their original quote by 40% with the excuse it's a hybrid. But the original quote already knew it was a hybrid? Massive waste of time.

We contacted the company on line to sell our car. Within a few minutes they telephoned. Went through a list of questions and then made a provisional offer and arranged to visit/view the car two days later. Phoned on the day to let us know exact time they would arrive. Took the car(with my husband) for a test drive. Phoned the company with his report and within minutes confirmed the offer. He then waited with us until the payment was confirmed by the bank. Excellent communication and service throughout. Definitely recommend this company.
