Awful service. Took 1000 pound off what they first offered . Then didn't even turn up on the day arranged because of apparent traffic . Even after me calling and emailing them they still had me waiting at home for nothing which has cost me a day's work. I'm a single mum and didn't need this upset today

It was very easy to sell my car with M4YM. Valuation was provided swiftly and represented a fair price (unlike a few others I'd tried). Quick call to book collection, inspection and test drive went quickly and money transferred straight after.

My experience with Money4YourMotors.com was mixed. The process was generally efficient, and the staff were friendly and polite during interactions. However, there were issues with communication and discrepancies in valuation. Despite initially agreeing on a price, I encountered problems where the offer was unexpectedly reduced, which was frustrating. While the money was paid promptly, the variation in pricing and accuracy of information left room for improvement. Overall, a satisfactory service that needs better consistency.
