Just sold my car to M4YM.com Received a fair initial valution online after completing an initial form. Followed up with a phonecall and provided further detail which resulted in a lesser offer which was unrealistic, so i rejected it. Received a phonecall moments later with an increased offer, again I rejected. A further phonecall which resulted in a final offer, £37 less than the original valuation, which I accepted. A collection time was agreed, transport crew called ahead of their arrival. Explained the process when he arrived, took photos, made a phone call, took the car out for a test drive....returned and I recieved a payment link to enter my bank details? The money (£400) was recevied a moment later and my car was taken! Really simple process.....friendly guy (Jake), on the whole, a positive experience. Would recommend as a hassle free alternative to selling a car privately or trading in.

Sold my Mercedes with this company on 22/0225-5start service from start to finish, also very fair price paid, money transferred straight into back after short road test confirming all information I gave was correct, collection team amazing chaps helpful friendly very pleasant to deal with, all information told to me was 100% correct The only thing I would suggest would be, where a company logo jacket/uniform and show company ID, just a thought for the future, Many thanks Steve H Guildford

From start to finish continuously trying to bring down the price for my Mini Cooper graphite. The original offer was £1170 by the time they left they offered me £500 which I could get for scrap! Would never use again.

M4YM turned up to collect my car and pay me but then refused to buy as they considered that it didn't have a full enough service history.I spent an hour on the phone a week earlier going through every bit of paperwork resulting in a lower offer but that was guaranteed.I accepted this and took a day off work for the collection.Im thoroughly unimpressed and I shall not be using this company again.

Wasn't impressed with how the money was lowered just cause there was a 2 little straches that they were told about when we told them about the condition of the car.we won't be giving them any work again.

Contacted Money4yourMotors on Tuesday night just before closing, ran through some details about the car and they called me back within 15 mins with a quote to buy. I accepted the offer. Wednesday morning I received an email asking for ID and photos of the car paperwork, which I sent the same day. Thursday, I received a phone call saying my vehicle could be collected that same day. The 2 gentlemen that arrived were professional, courteous and on time. They checked my vehicle over and full payment was in my bank account within minutes. As long as you're honest about the condition of the vehicle, mileage and the running of the vehicle, there should be no issues at all. M4YM also paid a lot more than I was quoted from any other car buying company and there were no admin fees. Absolutely fantastic experience and would fully recommend.

I was offered a fair price which I accepted, and unlike other companies I have dealt with this was the amount I received on the day of collection with no question. I pleasant experience all round.

It was easy to get a quote, gentleman on the phone was very polite and helpful when we discussed the condition of my car. I have received a revised offer (decent enough for a 12 years old car with general w&t) and agreed on the collection date easily. Another gentleman came to collect my car, he was also very helpful and friendly, took a few pictures of the car, checked the paperwork and was happy to take it. However, I took a few phone calls both from me and the driver to receive my payment (this is why I didn’t give 5 star), it could have been a bit more straightforward and easier. All in all, I had a good experience with ‘Money 4 your motors’ and would recommend them.

Overall a decent experience. Price agreed on phone was what was paid on collection, money in account before handing over the keys. They outsourced the collection to someone that doesn’t work for them as they didn’t have anyone available but this fine, friendly guy and truck turned up. Not five stars because on agreeing price the woman on the phone gave some hard sell spiel about ‘prices very rapidly coming down so waiting a couple of days will cost you’ which just isn’t correct, this nearly put me off dealing with them but their price was still £500 better than anyone else.

This is the company that gives car dealers a bad name.When I contacted them they asked what was the lowest price I would accept, I told them £5.6k to which they said Ok will pick it up Tuesday which they did.After me handing paperwork over and keys I got a message saying the bank transfer was completed but when I checked they had only paid £5.5k but when I complained they said I had agreed to the lesser price which was a lie.They said that they had a recording of the call and they agreed to send it to me but of course nothing was produced. If you have any dealings with that company insist on cash and count it before you hand over the keys.I found them through exchangemycar.co.uk which I highly recommend and appreciate their concern for my situation.

From the Sale to Collection everything was done Professionally,Courteously without any problems...Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very easy to do business with once I called them up. Initially I emailed them but apparently the email address on the website doesn’t work anymore! Got an online quote - ok I was never going to expect that figure as the car needed some work doing. Reannon (who was simply brilliant) asked various questions over the phone and after maybe a hour I had a final price which I was happy with. Couple of days later car was collected (nice to get a courtesy text the Sun night before to state what time they would arrive) and the guys confirmed all the things they found were as disclosed. Got paid as agreed. Easy 👍. Had the email initially sent worked it would be 5 stars all day long without question.
