What a waste of my time. Quoted £12584 for my car online. It's a Renault zoe electric with not even 3000 miles on the clock. Immaculate with a couple of extras. Then when they called by phone they reduced the offer to £10000! Less than the offers from we buy anycar. I honestly think this company over price the valuation to get you to accept it then reduce the valuation to make more money. I also dont like being called "mate". Shows disrespect. Don't use this company.

Simple and straightforward process. I was offered a price that was acceptable after describing the condition of my car. Booked in for inspection and collection. Called the day before by Mark from Elite, the collection company, with an eta. Arrived on time, no trying to knock the price for every little scratch or imperfections, I got the price agreed in advance. Mark explained everything, friendly and helpful chap. Would use again.

Contacted company via web from my armchair, they sent an initial quote if you accept they require you to send a few photographs of documents. They then send an inspector to your house to verify the cars condition. If all is OK money is paid straight into your account. That is exactly the experience I had add to that the professionalism of all concerned.
