I had to sell my car quickly as I am leaving the UK although I would have liked a little bit more for my car the whole process was very easy and went smoothly Steve who took our call was very helpful and Jamie who collected my car was good too I can highly recommend the company and if I ever return to the UK would use them again

It was so easy

Truly a great experience from start to finish. From first phone call to the car's collection every member of the team were helpful, polite, honest and knowledgeable. The price they quoted after talking through the condition of the car and seeing the MOT report was the price I was paid. No haggling. The whole process was clearly explained from the start. They were proactive- no need for me to chase for information. The payment was made direct into my bank account within 10 minutes of the collection driver talking to the team. Great service. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Much better companies to sell your car to out there. They promise a price and say if all is declared that's the price you will get on the day. Real sales people, tell you what you want to hear. Then on the day, half it, saying all the work they will complete before they can sell it. Then do NO work to it at all and put it on an auction site immediately. Massively profiting organisation who lie their way to making money. Shop around and use another company if you want the best deal

Sold my Nissan. Originally quoted £650. Then after asking about condition, knocked me down to £500 which I accepted. When they came to collect the car, they said my clutch was slipping so tried to knock me down another £200. I said no as I was offered more by several other companies. Settled at £400. Bit misleading on the original quote and they will offer the lowest they can get, so please be aware before selling to them.

Everything went well until the collection and payment when the offer on their invoice was £1000 less than agreed. They had not emailed the confirmed offer prior to collecting the car so there was only a verbal agreement. The pick up driver was sent away unfortunately and car put back on market where I achieved the price originally agreed with M4YM. Very disappointing

Robert came in morning to collect car . Such a nice and Gentle lad he is . Explained process clearly , had a wee test drive and MFYM send me invoice to confirm bank details . Received funds in 30 mins . Received exact price we discussed over phone . Amazing hassle-free experience .

M4YM have been absolutely top dog from when I first contacted them to them picking the car up. Everyone I spoke to were polite, friendly and only too willing to help. They offered me the best price of all out there and they stuck to their word. I am a very happy customer.

What can I say. Superb!!! 10% better offer than motorway and picked up swiftly. Checks carried out fairly. Money in account before car left. Kept £500 retainer as new V5 hasn't arrived after removing private plate, but that I knew of. Will get the £500 once I send the V5 to them. Really good support on phone and reassuring.
