Placing my order was easy and straightforward. When the tracking said it had been delivered but hadn't been, customer service was quick to chase up the manufacturer (as the item was shipped direct from them) and keep me informed, which they did. The order was delivered later that day and the product was just as expected.

The Pallet Truck has performed to expectations. The only bad part of the experience was that I had made many attempts to order online. They all failed. Ordered some new COSHH cabinets nearly £1500, which was half the order as I need more. I ticked the box saying "No marketing etc" and been spammed today already twice. Also the cabinets didn't show up within the time frame presented and as of today still haven't. Won't use again. Sick of companies who hammer you to death with emails calls etc when you've opted out.
