Poor communication , slow and in the end so very disappointed the item after waiting for something that should have arrived within 24 hrs , found out although payment was taken item wasn’t ordered .Waited several weeks and I had to have it returned , wasn’t right size Unlikely to use Manutan in the future

I have retracted my previous review. After asking for their manager's contact details, they were immensely helpful about finding a spare part for our shelving units. Going to the trouble of contacting the manufacturer etc. I'm assured it is now in the post.

Item shipped from FRANCE NOT UK! Three times delivery date changed. 15 days waiting and finally arrived. Totally broken package and product! Customer service. No response for emails, after two calls they found emails and slowly working on replacement. Will be send in few days and arriving time next month - what a joke!
Ordered 10 top quality British made Strata storage boxes for a competitive price including free delivery. Order placed online at 3pm and delivered by friendly TNT driver at Midday the next day. Communications from company great throughout. It doesn't get any better than that.

Great company. Used for the first time to order two very large boxes with lids. Excellent communication at each stage and super quick delivery by TNT ... the boxes actually came on a pallet! Highly recommended by me for this order and hope future dealings will be as successful.
I ordered a flammable store cupboard for a trade show I was attending. The expected delivery date was well within time for the show. After not receiving any shipping information for 2 weeks I chased up with them to be told that delivery was delayed due to a lack of supply. I tried to change my order to a product that was in stock but didn't receive any more communication from the company despite trying multiple times. Awful customer service, seemed like they wanted to delay rather than change my order. Now I'm stuck in a pretty bad situation. Will not use again.
I bought Large Extra Strong Bubble Wrap- Premium Quality (with 12.7 mm diameter) from them. However, I received a bubble wrap with 30 mm diameter. For my usage it was a big problem. Instead of quickly redelivering a right product on my complaint they took two weeks to “investigate” the matter and concluded that I received a correct product because they don’t have a bubble wrap with 12.7 mm diameter. Manutan, Until today, your product description shows that the diameter of the bubble wrap is 12.7 mm. If it is true that you really don’t have a bubble wrap with 12.7 mm diameter it only means that you have been deceiving and robbing people the whole time. Disgusting company!
Hope this is right place for manutan uk, we ordered a trolley with 2 ends 2 sides it arrived on a pallet one man delivery which was impossible to get off with one man delivery so had to help unload the heavy item, opened it and 1 side was broken, emailed them but was ignored so called and was told they would replace and could we get rid of the damaged one, we got rid of it, then the 2nd arrived, same one man delivery who could not manage to get off lorry alone. when we checked the trolley both sides were bent one side the metal had completely split in 2! I posted a comment but was told it was the belgium site and take down the comment and she would contact uk branch but got no response from uk manutan still have not heard from them, I bent back the sides and used tape to cover the sharp snapped metal and zip ties to clip the sides to the trolley in order to keep them from popping off! SO if manutan uk see this how about a reply eh
Products are good but service very poor. Showed in stock on website yet took nearly 2 months to deliver and the customer service always blamed the manufacturer and took very little responsibility. Even got to the extent where live chat had no interest in the problem and had to wait for a different department to reply. Would only use Manutan again if there's no urgency for the product, don't believe the stock levels / delivery times shown on the website, this appears to be fictional at best.
Ordered a chair on 08/02/21, said it would arrive on 16/02/21 which was fine, recheck on the 16th and then it said it would arrive on 19/02/21, check again a while later and now it will arrive on 23/02/21. Seriously worried about the trustworthiness of all this, and if I'll ever get my chair!
