I then ordered another chair, which was again delivered within 24 hours, and Manutan gave a fast, no-quibble refund for the first one. Super-easy process, and they actually answer the phone! I spoke to two people and shared emails with one – all very helpful and quick to respond. It's like the old days! I will definitely use Manutan again and recommend them to everyone I know.
