I have had my delivery date changed 3 times in 1 week. Very frustrating.
I have recently left a 1* review complaining about the poor quality of one of Manutan's items. I immediately received a phone call and spoke to a very helpful young woman, who immediately authorised a refund (received next day) Can't fault the customer service and will buy from Manutan again

No response to email, no updates on when my delivery will be. Just says dispatched on the tracking. Order placed on 23rd April Delivery was scheduled for 25th of April and it's now the 4th of May. I'll ring Manutan on Monday and change my review accordingly. Edit: order status is still "out for delivery" My partner works from home a few metres from the door so there was no attempt to deliver. Please refund, thank you. Edit: 2stars changed 5stars. Thanks for getting this sorted out. DPD did not leave a calling card as stated so not really a Manutan issue.

Never used this Company before but they stocked what we wanted at a good price. It had an easy to navigate website and the delivery was done next day. Excellent company and great communicator. Definitely use again.
