The product was much cheaper than a major online retailer. Very speedy delivery too. 👍

The delivery company DX were pretty useless, on the delivery day i got an email saying they had tried to deliver and left a card, total lies, also missing castor as well, i contacted customer service, they were pretty unconcerned regarding their delivery partner and still waiting for the missing parts.

Delivered on time, Driver phoned just before arriving, I met him , items delivered, nice and easy. Good service

Easy to find what I wanted on the online catalogue. Quote came through quickly. Was called by their sales team to see if the quote matched my expectations. Once ordered I had a confirmation very quickly and a call to ensure that delivery was possible on a specific day. Very pleased with both product and service.

Easy to order, delivery quick and efficient

I raised an order and realised I had the wrong address, so I changed it. I then found out Manutan raised two sales orders when their system did not recognise the same PO number. The order I wanted was not delivered but the order I didn't want was delivered. The team at Manutan tried to stop the delivery but were to late so I had to go through the rigmarole of completing the return. This was completed by email the same day and the goods were collected the next day. My other Sales Order has still not been delivered though, disappointing indeed. I am still waiting for it.

This is my first time using Manutan UK, who themselves appear to be very good, however they use FedEx for delivery and this is what lets them down. Delivery was confirmed as Thursday 4th July, since then every day they have pushed delivery back and today (Tuesday 9th July) we again have received notification that delivery will be tomorrow - not holding out any hope that this will be the case.

Speed of delivery which was great. Details of delivery were sent to me at every stage of progress.

Initially, I didn't have a great experience having been promised two delivery dates, both didn't happen. As such I gave a 1 star rating to begin with. However, once Manutan and Vikki became aware of the situation (it was the delivery company not Manutan) I couldn't fault their service. I was provided with regular updates and Vikki and the team did all they could to have the ordered items to me within 24 hours of being aware of the issues. In the end, fantastic service and they clearly strive to look after their customers. Would definitely use again.
