Fast Delivery, kept informed of date changes
The delivery address was incorrect. The products were dumped in a random spot on campus (Imperial TW8) I had to wander around college site and find the goods- not impressed. We have a stores for this. Drivers need to observe the opening times and proper location of stores. Driver must have been behind and just dumped my order. All Manutan emails said was delivered but ....?
Manutan is one of the most reliable companies my colleagues and I at other branches deal with daily. The company has good quality stock at prices you would expect with delivery times second to none. Staff at all levels of management and customer service are genuinely pleased to help you and if you can't find what you are looking for they will help source what you need. If all suppliers were like Manutan Monday morning would be a happier place.
I have ordered different colour items. The website is very slow, which is probably why they sent a different product. The product is good quality and reasonable price .. therefore 4 star only

Ordered 4 items. 1 was incorrect, 1 was damaged, 1 was missing parts. To be fair they have amended all issues now, cant say I will be rushing to use them again.

The chairs came already fitted and all was needed is to just take them out of the box and ready to use. The whole process was smooth and straight forward from ordering, paying to delivery.
No Communication Our package is still with this company as we agreed to collect using our own courier.. They never informed us that the package is still there and it's difficult to get answers as to collection instructions. We have paid for goods but cant receive them.
