The cupboard supplied came without any shelves! Apparently these have to be ordered as extras! Never heard of a cupboard being sold without shelves before!

Great chairs and quick delivery. I would use again

I rang rather than using the web as I needed something urgently, thinking dealing a human being. Unfortunately I ended up having to speak with 3 different people, and between them and their working processes the whole order was a cock-up start to finish. They said they'd send me a quote, but didn't. They said they'd put more order on a pre-12am delivery, which I paid extra for, but they didn't. The only saving grace is that the goods when they did turn up where actually very good. And, reluctantly I shall be buying more of them for product consistancy.

Excellent follow up and regular daily updates re status of the delivery. Once received well packed and all in order.

We have used this company before and had a good service but this latest experience was not the best I'm afraid. Delivery was postponed against what was initially promised, and both times the delivery drivers were reluctant to unload the pieces - a big metal cupboard and a rack end - both large items. We had to use our own forklift so I wonder how they expected them to be come off had we not had a forklift? Both items are bent but I can't tell now whether they were damaged on delivery or as a result of us off-loading ourselves so I didn't complain to the company, but I will not use again.

the cabinet arrived with internal damage from its manufacturing - but Manutan are a trader not a manufacturer. Also the goods were finally delivered after aborted first attempt but again arrived palletised on a huge 36 foot long curtain-side truck which was impossible to unload in the normal suburban street, without a great deal of manual handling by two men.

Very Easy order process

With so many random documents taped to shelves and pinned to walls, I thought an A4 document holder with multiple pockets was the answer. I then thought it would be better if it was mobile. As a bonus, it is double sided. All our risk assessments and workshop instructions are now stored neatly and labelled, plus there is room for expansion. Working in a scientific manufacturing role, this piece of equipment, normally used for brochure distribution, is brilliant.

Easy ordering process. Would have been 5 stars but we were initially told it would be a Friday delivery but delivery was on the Monday, (which wasn't an issue in the end.)
