Lobsters were mushy, clams so so muscles not so good. Got food poisoning from Muscles. These were eaten on separate days so know it was muscle. When you took muscle out of shells they came out in pieces, not whole. Should have known not to eat. Have contacted company & they are not doing anything. Wanted pictures. If you eaten it how are you supposed to send pictures. Maybe of me being sick. Very disappointed. Sick for at least 8 days.

All 4 lobster were dead when they arrived, half of the clams were spoiled. If that is not bad enough the customer service is absolutely horrible!! You will not be able to get ahold of anyone at this company. A special occasion was ruined; you might want to order from a different business.

Our normal place-to-order lobsters couldn't do a short turnaround for NYE, so we tried Maine Lobster Now. The two lb. lobsters were huge. They arrived alive and well-packed. They were of excellent quality, and MLN gave us four complimentary tails. We had ordered six lobsters. I was looking for a place to give MLN a good review and was surprised by some of the other reviews. All I can say is our experience was very good, and the prices were very reasonable.

We placed an order with Maine Lobster Now for the first time. The order was shipped free next day. Our lobster meat and crab meat were fresh and cold not frozen. From start to finish very easy to order online and delivery was great. We just placed second order for more Lobsters and Crab meat for New Year's Eve dinner.

This company hires "Entitled" employees. After being talked over, I finally said "If you don't want my business" and was hung up on. I later found out that their employees are allowed to hang up on customers. They call that being "Combative". If you run into problems with this company, this is what you have to look forward to. There are plenty of other companies out there that are happy to take your money. After reading the reviews for the company, I'm glad I wasn't able to order.

good delivery. Product was cold and appeared to be okay. If you have a complaint, it must be submitted within 4 hours of delivery. What if you work ? Also, prices are very high

I ordered the lobster roll kit for a friend and their family. I have ordered in the past from this company with no issue. Delivery came in 3 Jul just one small minor problem the package did not include any lobster meat!! They referred me to their url for a refund, nope no refund just store credit. Why would I want credit for their gross mistake. I am not ordering again from this “business”, they need to. Up their game list me as a customer. Have a great 4th you really made mine special

I have always sang the praises of Maine Lobster Now. Their product was always on time and fresh. You pay for what you get. But when they lose your order not once, but twice, I lose faith in the company. My order never arrived Saturday, June 1, 2024. I had to cancel my party because when you promise lobster you cannot treat your guests to hamburger. Because I was supposed to get it on Saturday, I had to wait until Monday to find out what the problem was. I spoke with Melanie or Melody on Monday and was assured that the problem was soley on the shoulders of FedEx. I asked that the order be reshipped so that I would receive it today, Tuesday, 6/4/2024. Mistakes happen. I usually get an email with a tracking number. I did no get the email so I called this morning and spoke to Charlie. Well, it seems that the Friday shipping mistake was on Maine LObster Now. I told Charlie that Melanie/Melody told me that the fault was on FedEx. He replied that she must have better information than what he had. This time, was the fault of FedEx and they have the package and they tried to track it. Ultimately, I have no lobster and I have been forced to cancel once again. And that is unacceptable. They cannot make this right.

This is a wonderful building and an amazing array of staff. I was here for an event and it was perfect with separate gorgeous bat, as I'm sure you'll agree. And a large room space. Very close to Knightsbridge Station so in a wonderful location. Food for canapés was lovely. The upstairs is ideal for special occasions and events.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. LOBSTER ARRIVES WARM WITH NO DRY ICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IGNORES COMPLAINTS AND SENDS COUPONS TO HOOK YOU INTO BUYING MORE BAD SEAFOOD. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I've been ordering for years and got nervous when I read the recent reviews. My Christmas eve lobster tails were amazing. The only issue I noticed was that the shrimp were farm raised in Vietnam so I was skeptical but they were delicious.

This company is extremely dishonest and not deserving of your business. They overcharged my credit card after falsely advertising their pricing and refused to make it right. Of course I found out after they have an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau and now I know why. I wish I had checked that beforehand. Stay away.

This company is trash!!!! Read reviews from BBB and yelp. They are literally a 1-2 star rated company. My daughter gave me a gift certificate for my birthday. I ordered two lobsters and one arrived dead. The tail from one of them came completely apart after cooking and was disintegrated in the shell. The company refused to remedy the situation because I contacted them outside of their 4-hour window. I notified them as soon as I cooked the lobster and saw how the meat looked. Don’t do business with them when there are so many other businesses you can choose from. The pics are from the 3 pound lobster that I ordered. It was $75! I expected more than a dead and spoiled crumbling tail from a $75 lobster.

Total scam business! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, somewhere that’s more reputable and honest! I spent almost $180 for 9 lbs of Dungeness crab legs, and got 3 complete clusters out of the whole 9 pounds—the rest were broken badly, or just some little individual leg scraps that were broken off! I was offered nothing but 1 poor excuse after another about how it “could” have happened during the shipping process, even though, the shipping and packaging were the ONLY things that were actually acceptable! Save your money instead of wasting it at this place!

Bottom line is food came overnight. The next day everyone was sick. Ordering from this place was already a nightmare. I was very lucky to see a strange number and listen to the recording, say they are holding my order until I verify I'm real. This pissed me the hell off. They charged my card and held up my food. Then I got some tainted crap delivered. Clams were broken. It was to much. But I made it work. I will never order from these people again. MLN-445265

I ordered crab meat and was sent crab claws. I called the the customer service number three times and have been disconnected each time. I am beginning to believe that The Maine Lobster house is very dishonest with their practices. Still waiting for a call back. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered the little neck clams, lobster rolls, lobster bisque soup, and a couple of whoopie pies. The shipment was delivered when requested and everything was there. The steamers (little neck clams) were soooo good! Steamed, shucked, dipped in the cooking broth, then in butter - melted in our mouths! (The broth was great for sipping as well!) The soup had chunks of lobster in it and was plenty for two people. I overloaded the lobster rolls and ended up with four (two for each of us). Used the mayo and butter that came with my order (along with chips, which was a nice surprise!). They tasted so fresh! I love lobster and this is some of the best I've had. The whoopie pies were just a little something extra I wanted to have. Although one could have been shared, we each ate our own! I will be ordering from Maine Lobster Now again.

Ordered this directly from the company website for Valentines Day. Unfortunately, the only thing good I can say about this product is that the shipping was on time. This was a colossal waste of money. It comes with 6 bags of chip (thrown in the bottom of the box and all smashed), 6 rolls, a stick of butter and a jar of mayonnaise. I ordered an extra pound of butter and lobster meat, along with some Whoopie Pies (which were okay). It was a good thing I ordered the extra meat or there wouldn't have been enough for everyone to have a sandwich. For a good lobster roll sandwich, you should have 1/4 pound lobster meat in the bun. Obviously with only a pound of meat for 6 buns, that was not going to happen. The meat was also over cooked and "fishy" tasting. Some of the meat was so rubbery that my older family members, with, dentures, couldn't even chew the pieces up. I love lobster and have had good lobster rolls before...these were NOT good and truly warrant 0 stars. This "meal" cost me almost $200 and it really was bad.
