We ordered 8 lobsters 1.5 lbs, scallops, mussels & clams. We live in Northern Minnesota, lobsters all came alive and fresh. Everything was great tasting! Definitely will be ordering again!
Unfortunately this product is not advertised appropriately. I purchased a Groupon for a TWIN LOBSTER DINNER FOR PARTY OF 4. As a born and raised New England girl, Twin lobsters at any restaurant and in any language means 2 lobsters provided to each patron. When I went to place my order I was advised the advertised Twin Lobster dinner was actually only 1 lobster per person for a total of 4 lobsters!! Although I admittedly should have read their description that stated 4 total lobsters they refuse to do anything about what I consider clearly false advertising. When it states TWIN lobsters why would anyone ever consider it would be anything except 2 lobsters?!?! The customer service I received was patronizing to say the least. Michael, is like a boy-wonder!! He is a customer service representative who answers the telephones and also happens to be a supervisor!! And most amazingly, he does not report to anyone or have a manager!!! 😱 Michael clearly needs some additional customer service training. I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of customer service or care I received, and although I’ve purchased from this company on 3 previous occasions I will never use them again.
Order process was super easy! Very personable staff that you can communicate with. Crabs were beyond expectation!!! Big and Meaty! Will definitely order again!
Product described as advertised, seafood was very fresh, already got 2 co workers to place orders after my reviews n pics, gf loved dinner will order again, didn't care for whoopie pie but was ok.

Ordered 11 lobster tails. One I didn’t use because of something green on It. Contacted maine lobster. They compensated me for the one lobster. Turns out the green was not harmful. Pretty sure I’ll order from them again. The lobsters arrived the next day still frozen. Very happy with service

The products are excellent. I purchased hake which was ok, mussels that, this time, came all alive and were exquisit, and lobster meat claws that came as expected, very clean of shells and tasty. The only drawback is the packaging. Even though they try to keep the fish in good conditions, the lobster came half thawed, which forced me to consume it in one eating. I suggest using dry ice instead of the pouches that are usually put in the container plus more paper to avoid too much movement of the items inside the box. The box was sent overnight, something that contributed to the freshness of the products. The company itself is committed to provide great customer service as the employees promptly and efficiently communicate with the customer solving problems and answering questions. Maine Lobster Now is to trust.
We were in Maine for the Lobster fest. We got to thinking of family back home. One call it was done. The lobster was there with we got home and we all loved it.

Great Company to work with. Lobsters arrived early the morning scheduled. Packing was good and all the lobsters were fresh and alive. Our family had a birthday and back to school party. We ordered 1 six pound lobster and 3 three pound. The look on our grandchildren’s eyes was priceless when they saw the large lobster. The lobsters were high quality and delicious . Not sure how we can Top this event next time. We would order from Maine Lobster Again.
Moved to Sedona. Limited seafood. Discovered Main Lobster online. Now I enjoy any seafood I want overnight. Excellent service. The seafood is fresh and amazing. You too can enjoy fresh seafood no matter where in the US you live.
Rather disappointing. Site to order was difficult to use and I ended up ordering twice: once as a guest and once as regular customer. Pie , while berries were flavorful , was very runny and juice came thru bottom of box. Lobster Mac was dry and I had to heat by adding cream. Lobster rolls were OK but no better than from other sites. All in all was just OK. Sorry .
