Please order lobsters here. I ordered 5 lobsters for California relatives and 4 lobsters for Massachusetts family. The team from Maine Lobsters Now accomplished a big task: —delivery time was exact —lobsters arrived like they were local —service was extremely friendly —updates sent as expected —lobster bisque & clam chowder was delicious They deserve 5* rating- easy decision. I wanted something special for my daughter-in-law‘s birthday and their anniversary. I did a lot of research and Maine lobster now had everything I wanted in the cocktail hour dinner. It not only had large shrimp, lobster bisque, 2 2lb lobsters, Whoopie pie’s and everything to go with it including ramekins for the butter, and so much more. They told me Everything was absolutely delicious. Not just the lobsters but also the bisque and the shrimp were excellent. With everything going on and no one can go out for dinner’s, I really wanted it to be special. Maine lobster now delivered!! I couldn’t be happier, what a great gift to give. Will definitely order from here again.

Chowder & Bisque Sampler - 64 oz was a disappointment. A majority the soups were potato cubes and contained very little seafood. Not worth the price.

After over a month of sheltering in place, I was craving a taste of New England, where I grew up. I ordered haddock and steamers hoping for the best. Everything was delivered early the next day and very fresh. And the taste did not disappoint. Both were truly outstanding. It was nice to have such a special treat during this time. I cannot more highly recommend MLN.

So delicious! I ordered a 2 lb. lobster, a couple 1.5 lb lobsters, some lobster bisque and a ribeye. The lobsters made it alive to Las Vegas. They were so delicious and now we are trying the lobster bisque, which has decent sized chunks of lobster, and the ribeye. Everything is so juicy with a lot of flavor. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Wow great service great lobster and.fish. I ordered 4 lobsters and a pond of haddock and a pound of salmon The lobsters were very much alive and hard shelled. The meat was sweet and each lobster very full of meat. The haddock was grilled and it was firm and pure white. Delicious seafood and would recommend this company.

I have to say, this company goes to extraordinary lengths to take care of the customers! We had an initial problem with an order and I was contacted personally by phone to set things right. We ordered 1.75 lobsters and Steamers and all arrived overnight alive and kicking. All were hard shell full size beasts that were delicious! Thank you to Mike and his team for making my birthday special. We will order again!

I’m originally from Florida and really craved crab legs for my birthday. My mother in-law sent Alaskan king crab legs, filet mignon, clam chowder, lobster tails, and whoopie pies to my front door in Oregon. This was probably the best birthday gift I’ve received! It was absolutely phenomenal and we still have left overs!

my son received his lobsters this am my daughter in law videoed him opening the box. Oh my god they were kicking and looked like they just came out of the water. He and the kids cant wait to eat everything. Best idea I have ever had he is so happy.I want to thank Maine Lobster for making his birthday so special. Our grandsons will never forget this. So I went and ordered us some lobsters that will be here Wednesday. Oder now you will never regret it.Thank you

We are quarantined at home in a Key West, FL and were craving New England lobsters. We were overwhelmed by the outstanding seafood! Delivery was for Friday date night and arrived exactly on time, everything was frozen cold and the lobsters were lively! We ordered 4-1.25 lb lobsters, 2 lbs haddock and 2 chowders. Lobsters were perfect size, hard shells and packed with meat. It was such a special treat, exceeding our expectations and we will definitely order again soon!

Best Mac and cheese we’ve ever had. Lots of tasty lobster....large pieces...not tiny morsels like some others we’ve had. We will definitely buy again.

Okay so things did not go well on my first order with MLN. I ordered Jonahs crab claws, 2 8-10 oz lobster tails, 6 oysters and an oyster knife. The tails and claws were supposed to arrive frozen, the oysters ready to eat. What arrived was thawed tails and claws, TWO oyster knives and NO oysters. I called MLN and they apologized, and offered to send my oysters the next day OR credit my order for the oysters and send me FROZEN tails and claws the next day. I opted for the tails and claws. When the order arrived the next day again they were thawed out because they packed them with freezer gel packs and not dry ice. Again I called MLN and again they apologized. This time they offered to refund the cost of my original order (over $130) OR send me another order packed in DRY ICE. The person on the phone guaranteed me that the items would arrive stone frozen and that he would personally ensure the shipment was packed in dry ice. Well the third time was a charm! Tails and claws arrived FROZEN in dry ice. I guess the moral to this story is yes MLN screwed up two orders but yes they did made things right in the end (at their cost). I'm sticking with them for my next order because the quality of their tails and claws are great and the fact that they wanted to ensure they made things right for the customer.

So happy with the colossal crab legs!! I ordered 3lbs Monday for my parents anniversary and they were delivered before noon in CA wednesday as guaranteed, 1 day shipping. Customer service responded right away to change the name on the card for me. My parents said they were the best crab legs they've ever had. Will definitely order again and thank you for making a special anniversary perfect.

I grew up on the coast of ME but have lived in the mountains of Colorado for over 20 years. My parents who were born and raised in Maine now live in CO too as of the last 5 years. My mom's 72nd birthday was yesterday and during the Stay at Home orders of this time, I was in need of a way to make her birthday special. I was nervous (because we live in a rural area) that the precious dinner surprise wouldn't find its way to us on time but it did! Amazon can't always find us but Maine Lobster Now did and the meal was unforgettably delicious!! We are a critical bunch as again, we grew up watching the lobster boats roll in and out of Belfast harbor and having them super fresh. Many thanks to you for such a wonderful experience. Tonight I we will indulge in another favorite: baked haddock. We will be back!!!!!

This was our first time ordering lobsters flown in from Maine. We are quarantined and it is our 19th wedding anniversary. What to do? Order lobster! They arrived about 1:30 and they were very much alive. I have cooked many lobster but none this big, so I went by your instructions and they turned out delicious. Thank you for helping to make this anniversary a special in these extraordinary times! We definitely will be ordering again!

OUTSTANDING!! Celebrated my daughter's 17th birthday with surf and turf! The meal was amble and delicious! It was a much welcomed celebration for the whole family!!!

My first order placed approximately 10 days. Crab legs came as expected but every one of the 26 clams came crushed! I mean crashed as if someone had taken a hammer to them. I complained to the company and they offered to give me a $25 credit. Okay, the clams were $14 and I paid $6.50 shipping protection (???) so, I really only got $5.00 credit, So, willing to give them a second chance, I made another small order for Cod, crab meat and more clams just to see what would happen. This second order arrived with the cod and crab meat chilled but far from frozen. AND of the 28 clams, 8 were crushed just like the previous order. I DO NOT recommend this company for clams. They evidently have no control of the quality of clams being shipped. By the way, the shipment had no additional cold packing. They relied on the frozen fish and crabmeat to keep the entire package cold.

We ordered 4 lbs of mixed lobster meat for my birthday. We were having a small 4 person family only dinner on a Tuesday and ordered the 4lbs as a trial run. If the lobster meat was good we would then order 15 lbs for our Sunday larger family dinner. Needless to say the lobster meat was horrible. Had a strange frozen taste. We placed the order on Friday and got it on Tuesday. No matter how long we rinsed it and soaked it in butter or any sauce we could find, it still had an old frozen tasteless taste (if that makes any sense). We ended up not eating any of it. Going to try to make a lobster bisque tomorrow. Hopefully the soup masks the taste. Not sure where this place is going wrong but highly disappointed and few others should know. I have zero problem spending $1000 on a fantastic meal, but honestly not sure you could pay me to eat this.

I ordered for the first time 4/16 for my daughter's graduation dinner 4/18. I was a little nervous ordering last minute but it said overnight delivery available so I ordered (we live in Louisiana). I had the option for delivery on the 18th and took the chance. I was so happy and excited when my order arrived bright and early Saturday morning fresh and frozen! My daughter was so excited because she thought with everything going on with the shutdown, we couldn't celebrate her special achievement. Thank you Maine Lobster Now for making her day so special. Everything was so special and delicious! You have a returning future customer!

I wish I could post a photo - lobster was good but you cheaped out on the buns and chips that would cost you pennies to make a much better impression on your business. I went to our grocery store and literally bought the cape cod chips (the giant bag) for $3.50. I’m not kidding you when I say there were 6 chips in the bags you gave us. For $150, I would expect to not be disappointed in the buns and chips you send in your box. Would only recommend buying the lobster meat - don’t do package deal!
