Whilst Macfarlane is one of our long standing suppliers for packaging materials and stock almost everything we might use at an acceptable price the website is so slow to respond shopping is at best a relaxed experience.

Product - great but Yodel delivery was appalling. They tried to deliver outside the specified time twice - with no apologies or communication. They are impossible to contact - no one will talk on phone and when you do get through totally unhelpful. I have used your products many times before but will think twice about using your products again if you continue to use 'useless' Yodel.
Phoned order in afternoon at 3.30. Delivered next day.Well packed and perfect condition. Will certainly use this company again.
Ordered 6 x 20 cardboard sheets = 120 Order was 7 short, received 113 But a good product. I suppose I should ask them to make good! If they send them on after reading this, then if asked, I will up-date this review
