Very helpful, staff. Order arrived promptly and items as expected.
Excellent service overall in terms of quality of product, packaging and [rearranged] delivery. But must improve the notification of delivery date to customers, i.e preferably by at least day before or by first thing in the morning if that is impossible. We received email notification after 10 am on day of delivery when we had already gone out for the day and it was too late to arrange for someone to be in to receive the package. That meant the first date for redelivery was several days later. That aspect of the service is unacceptable.
Hope to make more orders in the near future.
Our last order was had an ETA of 10 days as 1 of the items ordered was unavailable, however it was received within 48hrs. You cannot beat that for service.

Despite a difficulty with the order members of the team (Lisa Durling and her colleague Michelle) went completely out of their way to ensure my order was delivered on time. Absolutely stunning customer service and excellent sales team.
From the start of our conversation, Debbie at Macfarlane was on my wavelength - understood that we had a budget and spent ages with me trying to sort the best method of sending our products out and we ended up figuring out Pi and the circumference of a circle! My order arrived promptly however, the outside packaging was incredibly damaged with a big hole in one side of it! Yodel let them down. The delivery guy smiled when I asked if everything was still in the box and said "well, there's nothing in my van" . . . he didn't offer to check with me, but drove off asap. Therefore 5* to Macfarlane and 3* to Yodel.

Very easy to use and very fast to set up and order on line first order and we got 15% discount. Pick up order after 2 hour at local warehouse. So can only say they are the cheapest and no problems at all.

Had an issue with delivery of the parcel, had to pick up from Yodel Depot. Yodel said there was no one to take the parcel when it was delivered, this could not have been because we have someone available for pickups all the time.
I ordered 200 cardboard tubes - One box arrived containing 50 on time, but the rest of the delivery (of 150 tubes) was about 3 days late. The delivery service was Yodel. Debbie at Macfarlane was very helpful though. I think she understood that we were waiting for the packaging in order to fulfil orders and she helpfully looked into our complaint.
Vastly over-administered, despite seven email and phone order confirmations from various administrative departments, my order; even though it was placed for a local Manchester collection, it was allocated for a Milton Keynes pick up. When I called to collect my order, a gentleman at the warehouse greeted me with a statement that he was rather busy on his computer and wouldn’t be able to come out of the particular widow he was working on for at least 20-25 minutes and the more I tried to appeal the waiting time, the longer I had to wait. For a huge enterprise, seems to be run by a bunch of armatures. Sorry

Ordered 3 packs of packing paper, only 2 turned up :-( But one e-mail, no questions, 3rd bundle dispatched with next day delivery :-) So I can't say "great" and average is a little low but thanks for sorting the issue immediatly.
