Spent over an hour placing an order rather than be penalised £10 for phone order. Have tried to get back to check quantities but can't get past log in. This web site has for me become the unhelpful face of Macfarlane packaging.
Ordered by email & no reply for 4days. After little strong email manager called to apologise & put the order in place. All due to new staff From there service was excellent
3 day delivery when we get next day from other packaging suppliers.
I received my order earlier than stated & the quality of the product was really good. Will use again & highly recommend Macfarlane.

I ordered some packing chips and they arrived next day
The only thing I don't like is that the courier does not deliver all in one consignment. My orders are usually on two different vans come at different times and sometimes part of the order s delivered next day. Apart from that all is good....Great products great service good prices
All was good until I found the goods were on the courier van going to an old address despite their order acknowledgement stating my current address for delivery. Once I contacted their customer service department to inform them off their error it was corrected within 24 hours.
Have used Macfarlane packaging many times and will continue to do so. My only negative comment would be the checkout section of ordering where I select pickup from the warehouse, rather than delivery. The order and paperwork never reflects this choice and shows delivery (although not charged)

I find Macfarlane products excellent quality and a Company you can trust to deliver on time.
We were a little annoyed that our next day delivery didnt turn up until the day after ( and we did order well before lunch)... and even then it was at 7pm so it may as well been day 3! paying an extra premium for this of around £4 we feel a bit ripped off. I will be looking for refund for the delivery cost. All products are fine
Macfarlanes biggest mistake is they choose Yodel for delivery - they are an absolute waste of space. Supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, apparently couldnt find us. We are a business park with 500 people based on it. They said they would re-attempt on Wednesday, they then said they couldnt deliver because we werent in (we are open 24/7) and they have left a card - an absolute utter lie. Yodel dont take calls so we escalated with Macfarlane explaining we needed the boxes in an hour which was 12.00pm, by 2.00pm we gave us and bought some elsewhere. Yodel turned up at 6.30pm and told us he was doing us a favour because he was coming to us on his way home(?). We rejected the delivery and asked for a refund. Jokers.

Was told my bubblewrap would be delivered friday, now monday morning & still not delivered. Ordered on wednesday.
