Did not deliver all of order and when i emailed, did not receive a reply. Very poor customer comminication.
Ordered item arrived ahead of final date, but I got good warning of when it would arrive. Packaged well, as this item could not have any gaps in the wrapping, because of its purpose.
First delivery arrived with substantial damage to the pack of 5 boxes: we have video footage of it & also of your delivery drivers just chucking boxes in & out of the van 😱 Also delivery was meant to be in 3 days : no : it was after 15 days & only then after I phoned the company …. Really rubbish service , have always liked the product but it will take a lot to ever use your company again 🙄 Very disappointed

Yet again you pack our box so all contents move around and can crush each other. Also this causes tears in the top and bottom. This time an item worth £60 and 6 kg escaped. Photos supplied again. Kayleigh sent a replacement for the next day.
