Phoned, ordered, delivered excellent service.

First off your staff are brilliant, I cannot commend them enough for trying their best for the customer, however I get the sense your systems and choice of delivery partner is letting you down. I asked for a delivery address to be changed within 15 minutes of placing an order, the customer service did this but apparently the delivery note had been printed in the warehouse and the item already sent. Meaning the whole order was sent to an old business address 1 hour drive away from my office. Yodel are by far the worse delivery company I've ever worked with and I have never had a positive experience using them. Their systems are so poor that their is no information ever available and their drivers leave deliveries literally on peoples drives - I'm not kidding when I tell you the new occupant of the office my delivery was sent to said a delivery driver left one of your packages outside in the rain and that it was still sat there waiting for me to collect it!?

Hi, We paid for next day delivery but the delivery company did not make it. I have asked for refund but not received the £9.99 yet.

Products are okay but delivery not as expected. Delivery delayed for no reason which is not great when you are reliant on the goods turning up on time.

This product was purchased and remains useless, an offer was made to refund and collect but I cant take time off for this so wasted money, pity as the product is probably very good if adequately described for first time customers.

I will always give good reviews to Macfarlane, they are a very good company who provide excellent service.

Once again the promised delivery did not happen, this time we had a phone call telling us the delivery would be a day late and then it didn't even happen the next day! Two days late. Not the first time.

First off, the products are ok. Reasonable quality and normally arrive reasonably packaged. It's the service that is really, really poor. It started off over two weeks ago when I contacted them for a custom order quote. They never replied so several days later I called for a quote. Never got that either. Called again and finally got an email telling me the minimum order quantities and asking if I wanted a quote.... After a week I ordered elsewhere and told Macfarlane not to bother with the quote - so of course they sent it to me. (significantly more expensive too than where I ordered.) I did order some void fill & tape etc. Got an email of Friday telling me it'd be delivered next working day. No delivery..... Seriously poor service. Perhaps you're more focused on bigger customers, but I am really put off by the level of service I've received. It makes me want to shop elsewhere.
