Ordered boxes needed and they arrived v quickly. My big problem is they use Yodel for delivery. The time slot was 'will be delivered today before 7pm' not helpful for people with a life. I got a msg saying my boxes had been delivered and left with a neighbour. No they hadn't they were squashed in a space by the front door. It's a good job it wasn't raining or the outer box and the inner boxes could have been ruined and I would have been asking for money back. Yodel are not great at delivery (which is there whole business) it makes me think twice about using a service that uses them.

Quick good delivery arrived safe and sound
Paid for next day delivery 3 items 2 arrived at 21:20 the next evening. Other item the all important tape to seal my boxes still not arrived two days later. Suggest you find a different courier, saying that the guy who turned up at 21:20 was nice and polite. This was my first and probably my last order I need reliability delivering items these days should be easy!
I haven't used Macs for a long time since I left DSS and didn't know your Coventry site had closed. We need product urgently and was staggered your transport Company don't offer a timed delivery. I made numerous phone calls to your Milton Keynes office each time getting a different customer service operative and having to explain our problem again, and again. As these goods were urgent had to arrange a courier but again was amazed your opening hours are not convenient to Industry. Must admit not the Macs I remember.

I was able to track and plan my day accordingly in order to be home when my package was delivered. We are in planning stages of setting up partner companies for our new business. On the whole ordering with Macfarlane is simple and smooth. What lets them down is when the whole order doesn't get sent we are not advised when we will get the back order. We only get notification of when something is on its way.
Good quality product delivered on time. Lightweight so should cut postage costs when sending bottle through post. Delivery costs seem a bit harsh though. Overall would buy again.
Charged next day delivery when they don't have items in stock. Had to chase them and only to be told it's out of stock. Very Disappointed.
We have had great service from this company and their products are very good. When they have delivered to us in the past, no problems, but this time when we needed an item very urgently and paid for next day service, Yodel didn't deliver for three days! They need to get a better courier, or they could lose customers. When they deliver themselves, we have not had any problems. We can thoroughly recommend Valeiriia Mills, from customer services at MacFarlanes, as she has endeavoured to help us over this delivery and keep us informed, but was in the hands of Yodel!
For: Easy to use website, range of products and easy payment process. Items turned up when they advised me they would be. Would not normally give 5 stars, how due to quick and easy no hassle process from ordering to delivery I can find no fault!
Had no problem ordering on a Wed. Waited two days to hear if order dispatched. Phoned on Fri. to enquire what was order status. Told goods would be dispatched when ready. Nothing heard until Yodel sent notification of impending delivery on Monday..
