Ordered some boxes and paper as good quality and price. Order did not arrive due to an error but contacted customer service and spoke with Lisa and the problem was sorted and they arrived 9.0am on Saturday. Will use again, all round a great company to deal with.
Dealt with this company for 6 years and have had average service. Placed an order by email recently which never got picked up and then had to chase. I then got two different responses by two different people giving an excuse to the lack of response. I was told my order was then live but then never got any goods! I was invoiced which I had to arrange to be credited and I have now set up an account with another packaging supplier.
Ordered from Macfarlane's very easy to use website, pricing was excellent, products arrived with in 2 days. Delivery drivers are always polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend to others.

1 order placed, not received because i wasn't asked to pay by credit card when ordered and no call back to tell me of this. when 2nd order was placed and paid for, the items were delivered a day late thus missing my delivery. good prices but need to address their delivery dates
