I am surprised at the fact that Macfarlane required a signature when I didn't ask for one and there was no option to choose yes or no to it. It is a requirement that from my perspective is not warranted. At least give me this as an option instead of making an assumption. Took longer to arrive because of this and made it an overdue delivery.

The main reason we started using Macfarlane Packaging was for the loosefill, we've been getting it monthly and in multiple quantities since 2015 from this company, and suddenly it just up and disappeared from their website without explanation. Delivery is stated as next working day if ordered before 3pm and for free if you order over £100. This is a LIE!! We ordered between 9-10am and it took 2 days to arrive via Yodel across multiple deliveries. The above 2 features were the main reason for using this company, so we are now actively looking for someone else.
placed 2 orders in a month & both did not get processed so luckily I phoned up on to occasions too get the order delivered to us.
