I liked how the website is easy to navigate, easy to add or delete items, and the search function is very thorough. The ability to magnify details on the bottle or container to read details is really cool. Also, you're my only way to get Jovial Pasta products into Canada-very special. Thanks, Lucky Vitamin!

I've used this company for years. I'm from USA living in UK. I've been glad that they ship stuff here to UK and more lately that they also collect the customs up-front. However, my experience the last few months with them has not been so good as it once was. It often takes 5 days or longer after an order is placed before I even get a shipping notification. Then it may be another 2-3 days before the tracking shows the courier has even received the parcel. My last order finally arrived 15 days after the order was placed (I also order from a competitor of theirs and that stuff often arrives in less than 5 days from the date of the order!) and only half of it was even shipped. I'd never received any notice that there was a problem with some items in the order. The items missing were not listed as being out of stock at the time of the order (they won't let you check out with them if they are), and in checking after the parcel was delivered with half the items missing, those missing items were not then listed as being out of stock either. I opened a chat to try and determine why the other half of my order had not been shipped. After navigating through the bot I got what seemed to be a real person. She said to hold on while she checked into it. I waited about 15 minutes, then the chat was suddenly ended without that person ever reporting back! In checking my credit card transactions, they did at least refund the money for the missing items back to my card account about 10 days prior to when the order arrived. If it were not for that I would have given them only 1 star.

I am so happy to find that Luckyvitamin carries a product that has been hard to find. I’m a bit frustrated that their online store does not seem to keep stock up to date. Three of the six items I preferred were not in stock but I was not notified until days after my order was placed. Customer service took about a week to respond (maybe more?) but was mostly helpful in the end. Shipping is pricey but they carry items I love… so I guess it’s worth it.

Well, it seems as though I was able to save a little more with Lucky that with Vitacost this time. Savings is what it's all about when you are purchasing for the family.

I ordered quite a few items, using a card provided by my insurance company for health related products. I received a notice that there was a problem with my payment. After a few calls, it was determined that your company had split it into two orders and had put a hold on my account once in the full amount, and a second time for the partial amount. That made it appear that I owed $30-ish dollars extra and my card had a limit on it. It took quite a bit to get it ironed out. There was a problem with part of the order being back ordered. I was understanding of the back order, as I know all industries are being affected by the lack of people working. I did request to cancel the back ordered items though. I received a few emails which contradicted themselves, so I couldn’t tell if it was still coming or not. So, for the way the order was handled, I could not give 5 stars. I have 4 because the rest of the items I ordered were well-packaged, arrived when tracking said that they would, and the quality was good.

Было легко находить нужные товары. Не было выбора способа доставки, был только один вариант, и это очень неудобно. Очень многих позиций не было в наличии, это очень грустно.

Cheating company, never received my expensive order, refused to refund me. Very late negative response and bad communication. Never ever buy from this (seller).

Don't believe 'free shipping' deals. I ordered enough for free shipping but they then cancelled most of my order (even though items still showed as in stock on their website) then charged a shipping fee for the few items remaining without informing me or asking permission.

I've been a lucky vitamin customer for many years. Their customer service practices are not congruent with their stated customer satisfaction policy. If you value your money, energy and peace of mind DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM They are not interested in keeping their customers happy/satisfied. They will not do the right thing and correct their errors and compensate you fairly.

First good experience but the second was very bad. I ordered but they never sent my order and don’t respond to emails. So I had to ask PayPal to step in to be refunded. (Order #LV19277191)
