Never buy anything there! It turned into a scam company. Before the company was ok delivered what I requested to Germany. Let's all group up and start a trial against them? Recently I ordered collagen and vitamins from them. The packaged has never left USA (prohibited content border check). I talked with the support she was trying to cheat me every step of the way. I said I want full refund, she said, we might refund you only if we receive the items back and I should contact the courier company. Complete no sense, she said I will get a refund but not in total because restock fees of products, another non sense, also I paid 97.30 euro after 1 day on their website my order was showing 71.30 euro after they refunded 8 euro for out of stock product, they stole 16 euro by saying it could be my bank taking fees for currency exchange, while when I did the purchase was in euro currency and no conversion took place on the website. They told me to wait 90 days and they hope I will forget by that time and I will never get the refunded back. RED SIGN, stay away from this company if you don't want to throw out your money on the street. The thing is they will steal the entire 89.30 euro order and I will never get refunded. However I will spread all over the social media about their scam company what are they doing to their clients and start a trial against them. One more thing what they do for international orders, they basically put in your package a poison for mice or whatever is prohibited to pass the border customs for Europe and nothing else is in the package, this is how your packaged is refused to ship to Europe. Afterwards they never contact the courier company to get back their order and based on that they don't refund you. There is a God and Karma as well the owner and the employees of this scam company sooner or later will get what they deserve

This was my first time ordering from this company and the website was easy to navigate. I found exactly what I needed and more. Still, when I needed assistance with changing something about my order, I was aided with the live chat feature in which Ryu helped me to fix it.

Never buy from lucky vitamin. Terrible customer service. They will take your money and not deliver items, and then not refund you.

Waited several months for my product which never arrived, after 90 days they told me I would get a full refund, this changed however to we cant issue a refund until we receive the product back and they weren't going to bother contacting the shipper that it was my responsibility. I will never purchase anything with them ever again and would urge others to think twice before they do so!

This is a great company. I have ordered a number of products from them in the past and they are consistent and their prices are incredible. I have ordered from other companies and you are lucky if you get the stuff. Not this company....they fulfill their promise!

J’ai commandé sur ce site le 15/08. Au moment de la commande on me précise bien que je n’aurais pas d’autres taxes à payer en plus de celles déjà réglées. Le 10/09, le facteur toque à ma porte et m’annonce que je dois payer 45€ (sachant que j’avais réglé en tout 90€). Je refuse le colis et leur écris pour le leur signifier. On me répond qu’une fois le colis réceptionné dans leurs locaux, le remboursement sera effectué sur ma CB (bah oui le seul moyen de régler c’est par CB et on comprend mieux pourquoi). Depuis le 30/09 le colis et je ne sais où bloqué. Je leur ai écrit plusieurs fois et j’ai toujours la même réponse : nous devons réceptionné le colis dans un délai de 90j à compter de la date d’expédition (19/08 pour préciser) selon les termes des conditions générales et Bla bla bla. Là je vais littéralement m’asseoir sur 90€ pour une commande que je n’ai jamais eu entre les mains, ni ouvert. Sous prétexte que le colis n’a pas été réceptionné dans leur colis. Est-ce de ma faute si leur transporteur (DHL) fait du n’importe quoi?!! Donc, si vous pensez commander sur ce site car les prix sont attractifs, je vous le déconseille très fortement car vous allez vite déchanter…..

If zero stars was an option that’s what LUCKY VITAMIN would get. Vile enterprise. No response to customer concern. Cannot speak to a customer service rep, all conducted via email with a non English speaking robot. My concerns were not addressed. I received an inferior product to that which I had ordered in the past and it has not been addressed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. NOT A SERIOUS AND LEGITIMATE BUSINESS.

I agree totally with the customer who says" They seem to be running a scam on international orders". In my case the order was returned by the Swedish customs due to bad declaration of the ingredients. The package was returned to the company and they - of course - say that it never came back to them. Why should it not have? They refuse to pay me back and say "it is not their fault once the product left them". But as I see it, they are responsible for their shipments being declared the right way, so it can be processed in customs. After 90 days the can't do anything, it is not their responsibility. Before the 90 days they can't refund it either. This company is really a criminal scam! Avoid it for all international shipments. You will never get anything and they will keep your money.

I was not notified that the majority of my order had been cancelled. The previous confirmation said all items were available, then the majority was not shipped. I paid a big shipping fee and Canadian exchange for only a few items. All items were confirmed by email then when shipped the majority were cancelled. Had I known that before shipping I would have cancelled the order but was not given the chance to do that.
