He comprado en otras páginas y siempre e tenido problemas con los envíos en cambio con luckyvitamin siempre llegan mis pedidos en poco tiempo y tienen los mejores precios del mercado

Ich habe am 16.10. drei Deostifte bestellt und die Bestellung bereits 10 Tage später erhalten. Ein Deostift fehlte und wurde unmittelbar nach Bestellbestätigung via Paypal mit dem Hinweis „Backorder“ gutgeschrieben. Das Porto nach Deutschland betrug weniger als 5€ und zusätzliche Gebühren sind nicht angefallen. Ich bin restlos beheistert.

I WOULD NOT do business with them. I allowed an auto subscribe order to slip by and Luckyvitamin charged me almost $150 in product that 2 months later I HAVE NOT received. 2 months later no refund and no product !!!!!! They are slow to refund money and supervisors refuse to get on the phone. Customers are not important to this company yet they promote wellness . . . I had to go to my bank to get my money back. I would not recommend them at all, unless you want extra stress with your wellness.

Me siento estafada. Hice un pedido unos 90€ y nunca llegó, he reclamado y me dicen que ellos no saben dónde está y se niegan a reembolsarme el importe que he pagado. Me han dado largas desde julio, que si tenía que esperar 90 días... Una vergüenza. Denunciable.. No recomiendo en absoluto

If buying from outside 9f the US, I'd suggest you don't. Customer service is rubbish and dodgy as hell. Order delayed by 2 weeks and said they can't refund or cancel. Even though I paid via PayPal, the invoice shows I paid by card with seemingly random digits. Only got my money back after raising a claim via PayPal! Buyer beware!!

Me siento estafada! Hice un pedido de más de 100€ y no me llegó según ellos por dirección incorrecta cuando la dirección sí era correcta y que no reembolsan nada porque no les han devuelto el pedido. No recomiendo comprar.

Tried this company for some probiotics. I wanted a particular one that I had heard was effective. I asked if it would be suitable for me and I received a personalised email with lots of detail. I went on to order and the order arrived within 6 days. Would recommend this company and it’s products.

Weer 4 orders uitstaan vanaf 13 oktober, deze staan vanaf die tijd "in picking". Ook worden er zonder mededeling producten uit de order "gecanceld" en niets veranderd aan de verzend- en btw kosten. En als ze verzenden is het pakje 3 weken onderweg. Als je een mail stuur met vragen over je bestelling krijg je zo'n glijerige ( how are you, how is your family?) Amerikaanse mail terug, zonder een direct antwoordt te krijgen. Volgens mij allemaal standaard mails. Deze bedrijven zouden van de markt moeten verdwijnen. En daarom gaan de Amerikanen het economisch verliezen van de Chinezen, stelletje gladjakkers!

Every supplement I ordered was in stock and arrived quickly. I can’t tell which supplements make me feel better or which have the few side effects I’m experiencing. I’m researching online and spacing them out throughout the day. to figure it out. Lucky Vitamin has nothing to do with my having side effects from a particular supplement. They’re a great company.

Terrible customer service, chat online hopelessly inadequate don’t know how to resolve customer issues. Half my order was cancelled due to mis management of stock control. When questioned about the remainder part of my order which was never received. Never provided any Communication or reason. You can’t even get through to the appropriate individual to escalate the complaint. They have gone downhill don’t seem to care about their customers. RM

Very bad service. Ordered from Ireland, waited 6 weeks. It looks like the package has gotten lost. Now they tell me they do not do refunds. Unless I return the package that I never received to them within 90 days there is no way for them to process a refund. What a complete joke?
