Ordered a supplement over a month ago. When I originally ordered, it said I would receive my order in 5-7 days. Never received it. I contacted customer service twice. Both times they could not tell when my order will be shipped, i even asked why didn't they send me an update through e-mail. They couldn't answer that either. I requested my order to be canceled. They replied we are unable to do that.

Scam organization, avoid at all costs. Misleading shipping information and they have no idea when the product will be delivered and won't cancel the order. Currently on hold with my bank to initiate a chargeback.

I did an order from Portugal the 16/07/21 with DHL delivery that was supposed to arrive before the 27/07. I never received it as suppsed and left portugal for 1 month. The package was not delivered by DHL saying they didnt find the address knowing that I received many DHL parcels in same address. I contacted Luckyvitamin to ask refund as they didn't manage to deliver the products but they refused to give me the refund because the dhl say the address is wrong, I insist saying that address is not wrong and there is many way to demonstrate that as I can provide electricity or water bill on any other mail i received on this address. They came back to me the 04/09 saying "I will be coordinating this as well with our warehouse team for monitoring." but nothing since then (today is 13/09). So many online shops comaplain about Amazon but when we try to buy things outside Amazon we end up with this kind of issue !

Horrible customer support and shipping department! Don't order here if you don't want to loose money. Luckyvitamin order system made a mistake in my address, as a result DHL couldn't deliver and shipped the package back to the Luckyvitamin warehouse. I repeatedly contacted their customer service to get a refund. They give different responses why they cannot do this. It almost looks like they make up a separate policy for not refunding me every single time. Worst company ever!!

Do not buy from this website! My package never arrived. I'm in Russia. When I tired tracking my package, it was in Germany... No updates after that. I was told to wait by the customer service, and then that it's been over 90 days, so no refund is possible, even if they find my package and get it back. So I just gave them my money for free!

Warning! They don’t refund/replace lost packages - the customer pays. I reported it twice and both times I was told to wait. Then after a set number of days they no longer refund.

Do not buy here!! I warn you. Terrible customer support, and very slow - if not shipping.

Wij zijn zeer ontevreden over Lucky Vitamin. 19 februari 2021 hebben we kruiden besteld voor € 125 en we hebben nooit het pakket ontvangen. We werden aan het lijntje gehouden en uiteindelijk blijkt dat als het pakket niet binnen 90 dagen boven water is, dan ben je het kwijt. We kunnen dus naar ons geld fluiten.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER AND COMPANY SERVICE

I was so happy to get my favorite jackfruit brand and some really healthy finds. I was disappointed that some items I was looking at had a minimum order of 6 so I didn't get it since it would be too expensive. Great place to shop overall but some products are very pricey.

I have been a long time customer and have asked more than once 'Why it takes 18 Days for Lucky to deliver my Orders from the East Coast to the West Coast?' Even U.S. First Class Mail arrives in 7 days from the East Coast than the FedEx Ground service Lucky uses. Lucky Vitamin please change your shipping company or use USPS. Thanks.

LUCKYVitamin is great about sending text savings which is one reason I completed my 1st order and also used my other coupon code today. I am a Amazon customer but I decided to give Lucky Vitamin a try. I purchased items I normally buy and items I been needing to buy they have a nice selection and pricing was good. Shipping was free which is good just a little farther out for time but I can wait. I look forward to future purchases. I am into health and wellness so it is good know of another company providing natural health products.
