Pessimo, mentirosos! nao recomendo ninguem comprar aqui! EU comprei nao diseram nada no momento de compra, entretanto passou um mes, e dizem que nao sabem quando vao enviar porque estao a fazer mudanças. incrivel!!

I have made an order the 7 of april, it happen that the post guy never showed up. i precise that i'm working home. It was returned at lucky vitamin and they received the order 45 days later. I have asked about my order 60 days later and they said i have to wait for them to receive it, in they warehouse, to refund me. It's been 6 month that they received it and it didn't make it to the warehouse. It's odiously lost, but they don't open claim for that, they consider it somewhere, but not lost. They have lost my order from their office to the warehouse... If it happen to you, you will have nothing but more than disrespectful sell service, who will tell you to "move forward" and who will stop the conversation because of questions they don't want to answer. i've lost 150$, they have used one of the worst transporter of my country (colis privé, 1 on 5 star on trust pilot). They don't take any responsibility on that too. It's a shame.

Charged card prior to shipping. Shipped partial quantities of a couple of items, and did not keep records on their end. Saying they shipped all of them. Shipped using wrong shipping method, which created an additional incurred cost of me retrieving the package (shipping option is why I purchased through them at greater cost to me). Still not resolved after dozens of messages - customer service cherry picks one part of the multiple problems to address, and does not make any effort to retrieve their own records about what they have sent me or billed me.

if you are from Saudi Arabia do not order from this website I waste my money now two months ago I did not receive my order I spend 300$ . Also, the customer service not response

Trotz der vielen negativen Bewertungen, habe ich dennoch dort bestellt. Leider wurde auch ich enttäuscht. Ware kam nie an. Wurde auch nur vertröstet. Nach zwei Monaten habe ich mir das Geld dann von PayPal wieder zurückgeholt. Keine Kaufempfehlung!

I purchased a much sought after product - The Vegg vegan egg yolk - which I usually buy directly from The Vegg's New York dept, but they've has been referring me to amazon since 2019 and I won't purchase there {I closed both business and personal amazon accounts in 2015 after learning of zero hour contracts for UK workers and dubious conditions} So I got two packets for just £10.82 each and no shipping fees which just astonished me. I ordered on the 11 Sept and it arrived on 22nd via courier. I'm delighted with the product and service and I hope they start stocking more The Vegg products

Ook ik bestel weleens bij LV. In het begin ging het redelijk goed. De laatste tijd moest ik steeds zelf vragen via de chat wanneer mijn order werd verstuurd. Alles ( thee ) toen ik bestelde was op voorraad en na 1 week de helft niet meer. Betaal met Paypal dus gelijk betalen . Iedere keer smoesjes van we zitten met een overplaatsing van het nieuwe magazijn etc etc. Vreemde zaak , gisteren toch een hoog bedrag terug ontvangen via Paypal , dit is al de 2e keer . Opletten geblazen want als er een product niet op voorraad is ( achteraf ) vragen ze aan je of je er op wil wachten- backorder. Als je de items gaat cancelen dan loop je de kans dat je het betaalde bedrag niet terug krijgt. Ik heb ook niet echt een goede ervaring. Daarbij zijn de verzendkosten en de belasting op dit moment erg hoog! Ik betaal dus meer aan de verzending dan aan mijn bestelling. Duur kopje thee. Maar allemaal achteraf...in het begin : Prima . Hopelijk hebben jullie ook iets aan mijn ervaring.

Site à fuir. C'est de l'arnaque, cest mis produit en stock . Payé et commande . Puis ne voyant pas le produit partir , je leur écris et ils me répondent toujours produit prochainement disponible. Je demande le remboursement .Mais ne réponds pas . Des mails robotisés.

It's a scam website, do not order from them. For an order over £80, they shipped me only a bar soap worth £2! AVOID!!!

I love everything about these bars. Look forward to morning when I eat mine. Always taste good, fresh, and no issues with ordering or recieving them. Have read the backstory of how and why they were created by a family.

In a previous order I received a PROMO CODE that was later not honored. I bought my next order anyway.

Never order from this company. It is one big scam. My order never arrived. They do not respond to requests for refunds. The customer service emails reply’s are nonsensical. I handed it over to my banks fraud department.

I was easily able to find everything I need all on 1 site and I even got 10% off!

Случайно указала неправильный индекс в адресе доставки. Предложили отменить заказ, и сделать его снова с правильным адресом. А т.к. был использован промокод со скидкой на правый заказ, мне дали ваучер на сумму скидки. Меня это более чем устроило. Благодарю.

Ordered believing it’s was a European company paid in euros , only to find out when my order never arrived they are us based and have no interest in helping lost or undelivered goods complete SCAM company and no chance of contacting customer service just keep being told they can not help this company should be banned from selling
