Great so far, it’s my first time using the website and I think that the loyalty program is a good feature. Might be even better if a bigger rebate was given for the spendings.

First time ordering from Lucky Vitamin. Did not go well. Ordered Eyeastin by Nutrex but received Bioastin instead. They are NOT the same formula. Customer service was very good though. Just reordered the Eyestatin and hope they get it right this time or it'll be the last time I order from them, I won't care how good their customer service is! Ill repost a follow-up review one way or another.

Lucky Vitamin is a scam company. I made an order. Made the payment. Then I was informed that they were unable to deliver. After 6-7 refund inquiries from different email addresses I finally got a refund of 18% of what I paid. Now they have blocked me and I only get a direct auto response any time I send them a mail. TOTAL SCAM!

Ik heb daar twee keer besteld. De eerste keer kwamen de vitamines met twee gebroken potjes aan. Na lange mail wisseling kreeg ik uiteindelijk de kapotte potjes vergoed middels een voucher zodat ik opnieuw bij heb moest bestellen. Deze tweede bestelling kwam in het geheel niet aan. Na een nog langere mailwisseling zeiden ze in eerste instantie dat ik 45 dagen moest wachten alvorens zij een onderzoek konden starten. Na deze 45 dagen zeiden niets te kunnen doen omdat het pakket niet verzekerd zou zijn. Ze deden dan ook geen enkele moeite om het packet te achterhalen, de producten nog eens op te sturen of te vergoeden. Ik ben dus m’n geld kwijt en heb het bestelde niet ontvangen. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik een voucher van 10 dollar aangeboden… zodat ik opnieuw daar zou moeten bestellen. Nou ik bestel daar nooit weer en de voucher mogen ze houden.
