Me han estafado por completo. He pagado 76 euros de productos que no he recibido. Comprados en agosto, estubieron retenidos en aduanas unas semanas hasta que les han sido devueltos a ellos y no quieren devolverme el dinero ni reenviar los productos alegando que han pasado 90 dias desde la compra En resumen, sin tener yo ningúna culpa, ellos se han quedado con el dinero y con los productos y se niegan incluso a enviar hoja de reclamaciones. Voy a iniciar denuncia pero haced difusión de NO COMPRAR a ésta empresa. ESTAFADORES!

They seem to be running a scam on international orders. In my case the order was returned by the carrier with no explanation and no tracking number. Then it was "destroyed" at a warehouse. I suspect what happened was that Lucky Vitamin did not pay what they were supposed to pay in custom duties, so the shipment was rejected by customs. Then, once 90 days have elapsed, they declare they can't refund anything. And before the 90 days they can't refund it either as they need to wait for its arrival. This company is a criminal scam. Avoid it for all international shipments, even to Canada. Chances are good you will never get anything and they will keep your money

I ordered approximately £79 worth of vitamins 4 weeks in advance of requiring them. To date they have still not arrived, and are in fact in the USA still. The customer service person I spoke with at Lucky Vitamins took no responsibility for the issue, and said that refunds were not an option for me. She said she wasn't able to do anything to track the item for me. So effectively, I paid that much money to Lucky Vitamin to receive absolutely nothing in return. Quite criminal really.

Scam! Pretending they have issue with customs in Ireland and They claim parcel never arrived to warehouse so i cant get refund even after 90 dasy. Avoid them better stay with iherbs for example.

Muy pero muy mala empresa, en envíos rotulacion mal los productos, y complica mucha la entrada en otros países, además que sus políticas de devolución son una estafa, por demás muy pero muy poco entender situaciones se enfradcan en una política, y esa política no abarca muchas situaciones

Somehow my zip and city got changed but this was caught and easily corrected. Otherwise, ordering and price and selection are all good.

I have been ordering from LuckyVitamin for almost two years and every time the prices beat the competition. I buy my multivitamins here and have discovered other good products. It's great that they ship to Canada. I wish I had known about them before!

This was a very easy website to order from.....

I have bought my supplements on luckyvitamin for several years, however since the begining of this year they have been extremely unreliable with international orders. Not only the orders are dispatched very late - there is not such thing as the 'next day delivery' as they pride themselves, but all orderd arrived incomplete after I had paid in advance the customs and duties taxes for more items than I received finally. It's the third time it happens this year. Will never buy again on luckyvitamin. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This company's customer service is horrible. My package was suppose to be shipped by DHL to my door and I have not received my package. I contacted to the company and they said it's with Canada Post and that I was not home (lie). These details are not in the tracking information nor can I follow-up with Canada Post because I don't have their tracking information. I ask the company to contact Canada Post and they refused. They refused to give me my money back. The customer service agents are not even located in the United States!!!! I have normally had all my packages delivered to my door. I don't know why they used Canada Post and not DHL. I want my package or money returned. This is fraud!!!!!!

First time using the site and other then it running a little slow which may be more on my end then there’s was easy to navigate and find what I needed. Prices were what I’m use to paying but I get points now for the purchase instead of nothing so a small perk but a perk non the less.
