ich habe bereits (vor covid) öfter bei LV bestellt - die ersten 3-4 Bestellungen waren SUPER - innerhalb der Frist - top - und auf einmal, kamen die nächsten 3 bestellungen NIE an... dann hieß es es wäre was beschädigt worden - und ist auf dem rücktransport - dann hätte DHL nix zuordnen können.. ich glaub ich hab 2 mal mein geld zurückbekommen... und evtl. 1x nicht? kann mich nicht mehr genau erinnern - aber die letzten male waren einfach unverlässlich - auch direkte anrufe und emails brachten nicht viel - würde es gerne nochmal versuchen - aber mit den aktuellen Zollbestimmungen weiß ich nicht ob es noch Sinn macht - on top kommt dann immer noch die "covid excuse" noch mit drauf...

Site has been lagging for some reason
I thought I found my place online to buy all my organic snacks, healthy home products and vitamins until needing customer support. After two lengthy online chats, and finally a phone call after being exasperated 11 days later, I decided to share my experience. After an order that was suppose to ship in 2-3 days, it took 10 for it to partially ship. Then the other items were "backordered" at that point. Not when I originally placed the order however. I still have 2 items that no one knows when they will ship, but they have my money, so seems I'm the loser in this one. #1 = The owners might be American but they OUTSOURCE their help. Americans NEED jobs, especially now. There is no way to directly speak to someone in the company from the USA. #2 Their "support" can do nothing to communicate with the Chicago warehouse. So if you need to cancel something, its impossible to do so. #3 Items go on backorder after you place an order because they take a week "in picking" so it sells out and there is zero communication when you will get your products. However, they already got your money. I'm done. Not getting fooled twice. I'm mostly angry they promote being an American company like it means something good. Is this what America has turned into? These are exactly the crap online business policies that helped everyone turn to Amazon. At least you see the demon for what it is up front instead of being gaslighted into thinking a USA business is somehow "better" than the ccp owned corporations .. Lucky Vitamin? Good luck. I'm planning on consuming a whole lot less in life at this point.
I made a purchase and on the same day, wanted to cancel it (just 2 hours later). They said it couldn't be done, that it was processed already (bs) and that I would receive the goods in 5-7 days, that i could cancel one received and send it back and it would take 90 DAYS to give me refund. 8 days later no goods and asked for a tracking #. They said it was not even shipped yet and they couldn't refund. That I should wait. These people treat customers poorly and their policies suck. I would never buy anything else from them and I encourage you to avoid doing it. Maybe you are lucky and things go smoothly but in my opinion, this is not a way to treat customers.
Was pretty quick and easy and site looks good! Only issue I had was I got a option to get 10% off my first shop added my email the email told me will be taken off my first purchase no promo code and no discount applied.
The company provides an opportunity to buy rare goods that can not be bought in another store from my country. Thanks!

SO disappointed. I ordered for £100 of probiotics for my 2 year old daughter. Package held in customs because Lucky vitamins didn’t provide the right paper work. They refused to even investigate or do anything to help me receiving the package! I still can’t quite believe what is happening and how I am going to lose this money!
What I can see this company is a scam, I placed an order that on the website have the information they have in stock and after I confirmed my purchase I received an email saying that they cannot delivery and they doesn't know when it will be delivered, First I spoke with John Paul who hates his job and doesn't want to help and make it clear that they don't care.... after I received another email from Rahma Akmad who says he's a supervisor saying the same thing that they cannot delivery and neither cancell/ refund. Don't buy otherwise you'll loose your money.
Had some trouble at checkout setting my address, but after refreshing a couple times I was able to resolve the issue. Overall I was able to find what I wanted to buy at competitive prices.
