Buying from Brazil more than 3 times. And every single time got my orders in perfect condition and very fast delivery for international shipping. Prices and products that we don't find here.

Should be called Unlucky Vitamin as you will certainly be unlucky if your order goes missing like mine has. Depsite being insured and now two months since dispatch I have still no goods and no refund! Their international refund policy is a joke, they expect you to wait and wait whilst they do nothing expect raise the issue with the carrier. Then if the carrier deems the item as not received you have to fill in paperwork before you can get your money back. Total joke would never use this company again and suggest nobody else does if they want good customer service! Have the cheek to add "Spread the Wellness" at the end of every email, and then cause people stress like this.... Update! Today received a refund of the monies paid for the items that never arrived. Obviously the right outcome but due mostly to our tenacity in challenging the company over the issue. Buyers be aware!

The advertised/emailed discount offered wouldn't process on their website. After struggling with customer service, they would not help to resolve the situation real-time and eventually told me I needed to submit the packing slip once the order was received. Upon doing so, I was informed of the fine print which capped the discount at $10. I wouldn't have purchased what I did if I knew the discount was capped - which I would've seen prior to placing the order if the discount application on their site worked. Now I will incur a $7.95 return fee if I want to send anything back, netting a $2.05 savings which is absolutely not worth the time or effort spent struggling with customer service, or the resources required to repackage and deliver the items to the shipping courier. After going through all that, this will have been my last order with LuckyVitamin.

i recieved a cream from this company that was sold through Walmart Canada. the item on line for Walmart and what i recieved was different. I called Lucky Vitamin to deal with it and they said i had to email a different address because they can not deal with Walmart orders. I asked for someone else to talk to and was told there is no one to talk to. Be careful of what you see on line because it could get switched and now you have to fix it because there is no real customer service.

Lucky vitamin is fast and affordable. I live in Canada and get my vitamins within a few days. They always give awesome discount coupons every now and again and is definitely a pleasant surprise whenever I see one in my order box
