Lottie were invaluable to us when we were suddenly faced with finding a care home for my Mum. They helped us to navigate the system and understand the different types of care home and other support available and find one that fitted my Mum's needs perfectly and then supported us to find a place and negotiate the right package of care. I don't know what we would have done without them!

He was very knowledgeable about finances, needs assessments and all the implications of moving into a Care Home.
