He was very honest in the information he gave me, and although he cannot help me at this time due to my Mother's circumstances, I will definitely be contacting him in the future. After my 90 year old mother was discharged home from hospital with a totally inappropriate and inadequate care package I needed to urgently find a care home for her. By luck, I stumbled across the Lottie care comparison site the next day and accessed their online assistance. I was emailed immediately by the wonderful, helpful Hannah. I explained what I needed and the urgency of the situation and she set to work. Within half an hour she had provided me with a shortlist of suitable care homes in the area with current vacancies. All I had to do was choose which I wanted to visit. Hannah contacted the homes and arranged visits. The following day I visited two, both lovely, but the second was exactly what I was looking for. I told Hannah and she cancelled my visits to the other homes. She also followed up when Mum was admitted and also three weeks later, to check we were happy and see if there was anything else she could help with. I cannot praise Hannah and Lottie highly enough for their amazing service. From hospital discharge to care home admission in less than a week was fantastic! A highly stressful bad situation was transformed into an extremely positive one. My mother is now enjoying life again, happy and safe in her new home, thanks to Hannah at Lottie.

I approached Will Donnelly at Lottie to find an alternative Care Home for my mother. I have been extremely happy with the caring, personalized and professional service I have received. Will has always been available and forthcoming and also very caring in his approach. He has a very good working knowledge of Care Homes in terms of cost. location, service and has good relations with Care Homes and companies which own and manage Care Homes (especially those that provide good service at reasonable price). He recommended a Care Home for my mother in London which provided a very good service at a very affordable price. In my experience Lottie makes the job of finding suitable Care Homes easy and efficient and does not even charge for the service. I therefore strongly recommend any one looking for a Care Home for their loved ones to start their search with Lottie. I suspect that for many people, like myself, the search is also going to end at Lottie .

I honestly cannot thank Will and the wonderful team he heads up enough for all he has done over the past few months. I honestly don’t know where my Dad would have ended up if it wasn’t for the support and advice Will has offered. My Dad was in hospital for a period of time at the end of last year. I engaged with Will to ask for advice about what options would be available for my Dad which was hard for Will to advise on given he hadn’t had any assessment to understand the situation but he still provided all the options he felt would fit well and provide the best support not only for my dad but for me also for temporary respite care. It was a pretty complex situation and Will was extremely kind, supportive and took the time to listen to the ever changing situation. In fact, I suggested I should pay him for his counselling services!! Will remained in contact to just check in and when the time was right, I connected back with Will who was able to get dad into the best place. My dad loved his care home as did I!! He was extremely well looked after and Will was extremely professional and caring. Again I cannot thank Will enough. I don’t know what I’d have done without Him and lotties care team.

I have found that looking for a Care Home, for my Partner, both difficult and time-consuming. My Son found Lottie online for me. Dan Brennan has been amazing - he is very easy to communicate with and very efficient at obtaining information that helps. I just wish that I had known about Lottie sooner. I would recommend Lottie to anyone looking for help to find a suitable Care Home.

What a wonderful service. I found it by chance online. Hannah at Lottie listened to the sort of care home I was looking for and sent me a personalised list. Hannah was quick to answer any questions I had and organised all my appointments sending me wonderful emails with all the details. I would highly recommend them. My mother in law is now in a wonderful home and very happy.

Their website is great to check for care homes. It also has a computerised pop up menu that makes it easy to get in contact with someone without having to wait and someone calls you back ready to speak with you. I spoke with a lovely customer service agent who did a tremendous job handling my search. I knew I was in good hands and it made a big difference. knowing all my specifications, concerns and my dads needs etc the agent had good experience and knowledge and recommended two care homes. A viewing was organised for one of the care homes which was spot on just what we were looking for for respite/long term care. Thank you

Having to find the right care home for a loved one isn't easy. Finding one quickly during a pandemic makes it even harder. Will at Lottie was an incredible help and really supportive. Can't thank him enough. The care home we chose, with his help, is great, Mum is really happy. Highly recommend.

Choosing a Care Home it is not easy. All the glossy web pages and brochures paint rosy pictures. CQC reports only provide a useful glimpse but not a complete guide. Lottie fills a huge gap in the market. Contacting Care Homes directly is not always fruitfull in terms of response or easily getting helpfull information on services and accurate costs. Lottie fulfills an equivalent service to Booking.Com or other hotel booking services. They have good knowledge of a range of Care homes with details of status and more importantly appropriate liaison contacts. They can help schdelue and coordinate viewings if you are looking to compare several home visits to test the ''vibe'' and potential suitabilty of the home. We visited five homes and then narrowed down to a shortlist of two. This would have been a lot more difficult without Lottie helping coordinate. We made big progress with Lottie's help and would fully recommend them to anyone looking for a Care home

Will and Lottie have been nothing short of amazing. I stumbled on Lottie online and thought the reviews were too good to be true (I was completely wrong) but I got in touch thinking I had nothing to lose. I am so glad I did so. We were desperate to get our elderly aunt out of hospital and into a care home where she could be looked after properly. Will responded immediately and patiently worked with us whilst we were trying to work out which area we needed to move our aunt to, sending us lists of possible homes (all bang on our brief) as the area changed again and again. We eventually decided on the right home, but the price was a sticking point. They wouldn't budge. Will stepped in again and managed to negotiate them down, saving us several thousand pounds a year. Will made a really stressful situation manageable, and within the week we had our aunt out of hospital and into a really lovely care home. We can't thank him enough. He has an in-depth knowledge of the care industry, fantastic contacts with the people right at the top, and has been kind and lovely to work with. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Will's a helpful chap to have at your side if you're looking for the right residential/nursing home. He obviously has a lot of experience of liaising with care homes, and has built close relationships with their individual managers as well as the companies who run them. He gives empathic and useful advice to assist you in making the best choice and can help you develop an insight into the system, if it's not an area you have experience of. We were in a rush to find a home for my father who has dementia as my step mother wasn't able to cope with him any more. everywhere we found shut after assessment due to covid, but Will kept helping us find alternatives and we found somewhere covid free in the end. Its location was far from ideal, but the care excellent, and he's in safe hands till we find somewhere with a large garden. Will also made a huge difference to our search by advising (it transpired correctly) that we'd been badly advised as to the level of care needed. His advice opened up far more possibilities, and I'm very grateful to him. Lottie worked for us.

We are faced with finding a nursing home for our 47 year old daughter who has complex needs. Although Will deals primarily with the needs of older people, he has been tireless in his efforts to help us.
