It is very hard to find a care home for your loved one and can prove very stressful as you want to get it right. Ruby at Lottie was very helpful and understanding and gave me a lot of homes that we could go and visit in our budget also questions to ask the care home as it is always easy to forget important questions when you arrive at the homes.
The lady was so so helpful I got more from her in one call than I have 5 weeks with social workers already we have found a home since that call excellent service thanks so much

Eva was very helpful and supportive - there’s a lot I don’t know about what happens when an elderly person, in this case my father, is taken into hospital and a DOLs put into place.
