It was such a relief to chat to Seniorcare By Lottie, they were very caring and understanding, gave me loads of great information regarding getting a carer for a family member, and they really put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend using this service.

when you suddenly find yourself in the position of trying to find a nursing home for an elderly relative it is a difficult and confusing path to navigate. Joe was very patient, kind & sympathetic and really helped clarify some of the issues and processes. i would certainly recommend this free advice portal as a starting point to talk with people about the process & what to do. many thanks Joe & Lottie!

Quick Easy and Helpful I am writing from Canada and my wife and I are planning to relocate to the UK early next year.We were experiencing much difficulty with our search for care homes until we came across Lottie whom we contacted recently. A member of the service team was extremely helpful and went above the call of duty in her search and provided us with valuable information in addition to letting us know the proximity from the care home to where our family lives.In addition she connected us with the care homes available so we are now able to make our arrangements with ease. It's difficult to know where to start when looking for support for an older family member. Everyone's needs are different and I didn't know which options were available in the area, let alone what might be a good fit. Eva from Senior Care could not have been more careful. Eva outlined options that could be tailored to our needs, including details of pricing and other features. She also acted as the go between in collating the data and getting answers to my questions. In short Eva has saved me a huge amount of time and stress. My whole family is very grateful for her efforts. And the best bit is that I can go back to Senior Care for more support as our needs evolve. Thank you.
Katie was excellent and provided the exact required Government documents plus their own. This allowed me to become very knowledgeable on the subject and hence build my case. Plus I was given care and attention, time to air my issues to a sympathetic ear, and didn't feel rushed at any time.
The Assistant from Lottie was very helpful in assisting me with research into Care homes for my Mother. She interceded on my behalf with the care homes which helped me eliminate establishments and quickly make decisions about the homes when time was an issue. She offered a great service.
Good website. I found a couple of suitable retirement homes to consider, unfortunately they may be no longer available when I retire next year. At the moment I am 'window shopping'.
Was a bit sceptical initially about using this service, especially as it was free, but thought I would try it - and it was invaluable! The Care Expert was super friendly, very knowledgeable, highly efficient and extremely organised - just what I needed in helping me seek out a suitable nursing home for my elderly parent. She was able to contact and arrange multiple trips for me to visit different homes at times to suit me; advised on what key things to look for/ask about; and advised about suitable options for assistance with funding. When the local social services refused to engage. Cannot fault the service i have had. Thank you!
Very reassuring to receive a call from Ruby who did her very best to secure some short term respite care. She suggested various places which, due to the rather short notice, were full. But we now know what to do in the future.
